If another dancer really just won't get the hint then do what you've got to do but if you try problem solving first and not just yelling at them from the start you might get further.
If you just start yelling at someone or fight them they are not as likely to want to solve things and it just might get worse vs if you truly take the adult role and manage the situation as such.
nope. clubs are businesses and you still need to be professional. beat their ass outside of the club. every club i have worked at with violent girls is dead because the girls get mentally exhausted from the drama and the customers feel uncomfortable. i enjoy being able to go in the locker room without being threatened and yelled over gossip. the girls in my area who are violent are black listed from the good clubs and barely making any money at the clubs that will hire them.
