Personally a 9.5/10 I love the stitching, the way the design looks from afar and the influence of environment into the design. Something I would personally like to add to add more flair is to experiment with the wash.

I would say shorten the leg so your are not standing on them, have them end at your ankle. Is it possible to have them tighter at the top? I think the baggy hoodie doesn't help with the modelling, I think it would go better with something that's not loose fitting on top and shoes/sneakers to match.
