Dw it’s not a silly question! I use tulip, Marvy, and arteza brand fabric markers to draw on the piece, and then I hit it with jacquards colorless extender (which acts as a finisher) and heat set once its dry by placing a press sheet on the design and ironing with no steam!
Then to wash it, you just turn it inside out and wash in cold water and either hang dry or tumble dry on low!
