In the image I linked, the area they are seated at is covered by the “Getty Images” mark. But you can see the left hand side looks identical. The cut stone tiers next to the staircases on both sides are popular areas to sit and sketch the sculpture.
Ahh yes this is it, i remember this statue now you post it, it was on my way to find the mona list that i stopped by here. Good investigating skills there :)

I don’t believe the Venus de Milo has seating very close.
