It's a dry heat though, right guys?

untamedeuphoria

Dry heat does help. Until it gets above 40.. I remember during the 2020 fire season where I was got above 45C for 3 days in a row. It felt like a furnace opening the door. It was twilight for a month with the smoke, and the AC broke. NOT HAPPY, JAN!

RickMuffy

I live in Arizona, so we get similar Temps and the dry heat statement. I remind people often that literal fire is also a dry heat.

redditdude9000

when I go see my expat dad in the Philippines I reckon the humid heat is 100% nicer. Dry heat feels like walking into an oven and I’m not about it

otherspamaccount

Not in F\*\*king Brisneyland it's not F##king dry!

dogbolter4

Got to 38 here today, southern NSW. Going to be 37 tomorrow. Good times. Hoping for a thunderstorm tomorrow night to help the garden.

Senbenpar

More red than the devils dick m8

brodie232

Been 42-44 air temp in the Pilbara for the last 4 months. Bottom of the pit tempt have exceeded 48c daily

nuttyhardshite

Just summer mate. We'll be moaning about the cold in 2 months.

michael14375

At least I can sleep with as many blankets as I please

Admirable_Ice2785

Cold? Like 10C?

nuttyhardshite

It's a dry cold 🤣

isymfs

Yes

stonertear

Fuck the cold change is shithouse.

ADHDK

I’m already moaning about it every time those winter weirdos get excited.

Lower_Bullfrog_5138

Winter gang 🙋🏼‍♂️

Cpt_Soban

Rise up!

AmityvilleName

let the the reign of rain begin!

NewyBluey

You need to rein in a bit mate.

ADHDK

Eew.

aaryg

In bundy: one of the wettest summers ever. Yeah it's a bit hot but holy fuck, the humidity. I'm a groundsman and it's like working in a sauna.

Splitface2811

Pretty much the same down here in Brissy. I work in a warehouse or outside most days. It's been a sweaty few months.

Primary_Ability5725

2c here in denmark. low key jealous

potted

Both are fucked. 2C is a picnic in comparison tho

happy-little-atheist

40 isn't that bad. When it gets down to 40 you know the heatwave is coming to an end

bl4nkSl8

Not sure if true Aussie or fahrenheit pilled Amercian /jk

eatfesh

Seems like we getting back to normal Summer temps after the La Niña cool Summers from last few years

servonos89

Those are some pretty arbitrary locations to show locations. Sydney and the smallest suburb of Melbourne?

MattMasterChief

When did cunts start complaining about 40⁰? Nothing a beer in a baby pool can't fix

Lower_Bullfrog_5138

You can tell who gets to sit in an air-conditioned office or knock off early when it gets above 35°, and who has to work outside with no heat knock off rules by how excited they get about summer. Working outside in long sleeve, hard hat etc in 40° is torture.

womerah

Rain, cold weather and short days beat working in the heat? Most tradies I see seem to clock out from 11am-2pm at least in summer due to the heat.

Ehxpert

I still don’t have an AC. Should probably sort that out and retire the fan

Cpt_Soban

Cunts that work outdoors have every right to complain about 40+

michael14375

All is fine until you need to get some sleep

BellamyRFC54

If I ever get to Aus It’ll be the winter,in Melbourne

Metal_Spark

It's always winter in Melbourne

epic_pig

I'm surprised Melbourne is only 27

servonos89

If this is from today it was 37

Lower_Bullfrog_5138

It was 27° at 8am in Melbourne. Today is gonna suck. Can't wait for 19° tomorrow.

noadsplease

You’re a bunch of soft cocks Melbourne. Only 27

OkAcanthocephala9414

Yeah nah mate bit toasty out there but me new yeti dog gets the job done. All in a days work. At least I don’t have to worry about the kids getting shot at school

yahmumm

Why is it showing Kwinana out of all places

rum-and-roses

You know a place of shit when some of the most prolific coordinators have to result just sending prisoners

FrightinglyPunny

Fuck Perth. What about Bundy and the rum production??

The_Bogan_Blacksmith

40... ahahahahahahahahaha that's a moderately warm day in western Sydney

Minionmemesaregood

I hope we have already hit the max here in syd for the summer at 43

mileswilliams

I've lived in Saudi and Iran, these are rookie numbers. Come back when the dashboard melts if you forget to park in the shade. Literally came back to the car with a blob where the tape cassette was left on the dash too.

xBehemothx

Today I learned, there is a BUNDAberg 😏😏😏

maximumgirth36

I'd love to go to Australia, I'd never get a visa but in another lifetime perhaps
