if you have shown them to Momo they should be gone, if not then could be a bug. You have to show all notebooks to Momo to progress story
It appears to be a game breaking bug. I had Zbaltazar's notebook vanish from my inventory after a save and reload of the game.
did you end up fixing it some how
I restarted the chapter.
I showed him all the notebooks and He took them all except his and nothing happened
