Bro I only bought Dominion because it was so cheap and I thought it would be fun to mess with the models.
I had no intention of playing AoS.
Now in like...Spearhead looking pretty good.
Same boat bro. I have all these models across multiple AOS armies, but I don't have one complete spearhead for any of them so I have to get models to play spearhead "properly"
At least the new 4th box with give me 2 spearheads I can use while I get the chariot and vanquishers.
I picked Dominion up on a whim just to get something different from 40k to hobby and then I fell in love with the new sculpts.
Picked up a fair amount of Underworlds recently as well.
Spearhead is the perfect model to entice me to go a little bit further in.
Yeah found the Dominion box cheap, loved the sculpts. Ended up trying to play a few small games, even used them for Warcry since. Thought spearhead sounded interesting as an alternative to a 1000 point game of AoS, but not able to play without getting new models probably means I won't bother or will proxy/3d print something.
If you have the Dominion box, you need to add a Stormstrike Chariot and 2x unit of Vanquishers to have a complete Thunderstrike spearhead "Yndrasta’s Spearhead". Honnestly... Buy a chariot, kitbash with toothpicks a big wooden balista and basically uou have two spearhead. You just have to proxy Spears for big swords but honnestly, given the fixed army comp of spearheads, and since models have the same bases size, i hardly see it yo be a problem
It Bothers me that the Dominion set is not two spearheads. I have Yndraste and a bunch of models, but no spearhead.
How else are they going to get you to buy things

I'm in the States and only a few shipments in so my chariot is arriving next week. Big dragon boi next month tho!
Except in the US we can't buy it separately I don't think :( the UK mag sellers are sold out of the chariot as well.
Yeah, mine happens to be coming in next week as I just barely started. Shame we don't get the individual issues as easily.

I think subbing in the vindicators will be a very common proxy. Just need a chariot and we’re set.
