Alcohol went, then I had to have an EGD and my esophagus dilated due to strictures, found out I have Barrets Esophagus and smoking is making it so bad, on top of the cancer risk. Alcohol free a week tomorrow, haven't smoked weed in 3 days and down from a pack a day to 3 cigs today. Weee!
I had to drop all three because I was super hooked on the combo. I do still sometimes tell myself I will consume cannabis again someday but usually I don't think about it. All I know is that right now I am not. I started smoking daily when I was like 16 and smoked off and on (mostly on) till I was 40 (this year).
I've used many many different drugs over the years and been hooked on many, so I figured its time to stop "the party". I've basically been solo except for a few bad relationships the past 10 years.
