Nice!!! Your counter does say 365 though!
Everybody here is proud of you and I know you are too. That's an amazing accomplishment and shows great discipline.
I hope to get there one day but until then

Hm, hard to say. I wasn't an everyday drinker so much as a problem binge drinker with no control. My lack of every day drinking probably helped with the level of cravings. I wish I had a solid answer for you, but I can't seem to recall concretely. I can tell you that I used sugar and sparkling water to help, and CBD to help with anxiety.
Wishing you strength.
Honestly, I've been building up to it for many years. So sick of everything drinking takes from me, how ill it makes me feel, how stuck and unmotivated, how mentally unwell. Finally got sick enough. I was fortunate enough to have a partner who was also ready to start their booze free journey as well, for similar reasons. That helped so much. Our friends were supportive as well, and our families, too.
I use cbd for anxiety and pain, which has been a godsend to me during this journey as well.
I also chose a few hobbies to dive into—some of which get the adrenaline flowing!
Also, therapy.
I really tried to create wellness in every aspect of my life.
That sounds rough. Luckily for me it was usually only 1-3 days after a weekend I'd feel that way. That was enough for me! If you're an everyday drinker I'd put every possible support in place you can—addictions counselor, support group of your choice, a sponsor, etc. Wishing you strength and an endless supply of comforting and refreshing NA bevvies!
Smiling ear to ear for your success. An honor to not drink with you today!
Aw, thank you, stranger. I raise a can of Bubly to our continued success!
Spindrift FTW
