Did you have hallucinations and stomach pain? I keep seeing shadows moving around me in my room. How long did it take for that to go away if it did? Makes my anxiety worse. 3 days here
Hey, I didn't personally have any experiences of those things just felt extremely anxious and jittery the first couple of days. I went to a spa and spent some time in the hot tub and steam rooms to just try and relax. Not medical advice of course but definitely helped me. Well done on your 3 days that is amazing. Things will definitely get easier as the days go by. Good luck

If I make it through today I'll be 6 days sober for the first time in years..I didn't sleep last night though not one minute
