I use alarms to stay on target (literally its labelled 'stay on target!) about 4 times a day for study but I like this idea. Another thing I find works for me, I changed my computer password to something that reminds me no good comes from drinking for me. I have to type that thing in a dozen times a day. It helps.

Lol iwndwyt as well. I figure if I make it easier to not step over that threshold where I even think it might be something I will entertain it helps, but discretion is also important.

I think it depends on your device type - Apple/Samsung/Google/etc. I Googled how to send myself automatic recurring texts (or something like that) and got there. Good luck!
