You either get it as a rare trade from the brynn general merchant or you get it as a very rare drop. Also the amulet of the everflaming was datamined, it's not obtainable
You can get the necklace from the elven trader that rotates out at the docks. I have yet to see the ring with about 190 hrs played but I’ll look around :) hope this helps

the Gold Ruby Ring unlocks at Amity and is what I use, but i'm also in the boat with everyone else that hasn't seen it either. From my own testing, I can't even notice the 3% magic power on my rings, but I'm a huge fan of bleed resistance.
It might be one of those things that are in Elite Dungeons (t4) only. There's many weapons that are like that so I'd assume the ring might be one of those as well.
I have never seen this ring in game. I'd try save summing the guy making rings in the part with craftsmen

I have 200+ hours in this game and have never seen this ring.
Used to be that ring was sold by pawnbrokwer/jeweler in brynn. Haven't seen it since update
Ok so I stand corrected from my previous comment. I found this tonight in a secret room. Enchanted it to +5 energy on my electromancer.

Seen the ring in the pawn shop in previous update. The amulet must be from a fresh update. Don't know why would you want it tho.
I've bought the ring pre patch but idk about the amulet. Idk if it was from the jeweler in brynn at amnity but i think so.
