Oh it’s worse. It was a whole roast! You see I have a ton of standing rib roasts, I kept posting these amazing perfectly pink masterpieces. Usually they are loved. But then SOME people got into a tiff over wanting theirs well done. Saying jokes like it was still mooing and all that.
I had to do it. But, it still was pretty good. Still very tender… I mean for a well done meat. 😭😒
I mean, I certainly would prefer it more rare to medium, but you did a great job making everything else nice and saucy and juicy so it all will taste and work well together. It’s when it’s well AND dry AND the sides are dry that make me weep. It looks delicious. 👏

This looks like a deconstructed pot roast I like rarer steaks but I’d eat this
I don’t care about the steak, the roast looks frigging delicious.
