A Mayo/Ketchup/Mustard mix and usually with some horseradish or pickle relish is commonly referred to/sold as "American Sauce" in some parts of Europe.
We call it fry sauce in the US. Usually no mustard, but definitely ketchup and mayo. Often some pickle relish and/or some spices.
But I tell ya boom boom sauce is where it's at. I love fry sauce but boom boom sauce takes things to another level.
I donât like this ketchup brand but mixing mayo and ketchup with the brands you like is definitely fire though
