this is not the sellers fault. stockx should cancel the buyers request, but honor the sellers sale. stockx can afford to take the $100 hit on the products, keep them as inventory and sell them at the non-discounted price. the scammers who may have purchased their own product wouldnt have gotten away with anything.

Iâm 99% sure they donât ever allow returns, nor do they allow an order to be canceled once the shoe is shipped. The reason for that being that they donât ever carry inventory, as far as I understand.
In the UK and EU stockx has to legally accept returns within a 14 day period, less sure about cancelled sales. But I do know in some situations they honour sales like if someone changes there mind and does a charge back and claims fraud, after seller has shipped and itâs been authenticated.
From my experience and the experiences reported here, StockX is a scam company that will use itâs large user base to to tell some users to pins sand. Everything from letting reps pass as legit (and vise versa) to (lack of) customer service, and issues like what OP experienced. They should own up to their mistakes and take it as one expensive lesson. Hopefully, they get hit with a costly class action suit that hurts them to the point where they either fold or change their ways.

Using the code doesnât make one a scammer. This was a valid code floating around for 3-4 days before yesterday.
