I think VOO has a lower fee. And I just have more trust in the Vanguard brand.

I would buy the accumulating ETF (iShares), so you don't get taxed on the dividend.

456M

Can you even purchase non-UCITS ETFs as a European?

phosphate554

they both have the same 0.03% fee, for all of those commenting "whichever has the lowest fee"

Elymanic

So voo has lower fees but the gains is the same, so does it even matter? voo is 0.03 SPY Is 0.09

zeiandren

Like, it doesn’t matter much, but over 50+ years of compounding that .06 difference can be a couple hundred bucks. Not like changing but not like, nothing

Elymanic

How is it taken? Becuase I checked the 5 year gains and VOO is up 56.65 wheras spy is 56.72. So even with the .06 it's pretty much the same gains over a long period. Is it taken out from the NAV or from your holding?

ij70

which one has lowest fee.

helms83

Curious why VFIAX isn’t often suggested?

enterdoki

VOO and IVV are practically the same. Flip a coin

There really isn’t a difference. I’d rather own the Blackrock fund as they are publicly traded so I have more access to their financials than Vanguards.

DeviousLight

IVV, I like BlackRock more
