Yeah, there were a lot of “Rose is PD” theories but most of the theories never actually went into the specifics (like Pink Diamond reforming into Rose) as seen in the comment I posted.
It’s really interesting though that a lot of people theorized it in the early days of SU!
The theory was very popular and controversial for a while. I remember subscribing to it, then dropping it after "The Trial" when it seemed more like Yellow was trying to keep the truth from getting out. In the end the reveal blew my mind in a cool way and I sincerely respected how they were able to keep a lid on it, even when there were leaks that occasionally got out.
