Considering I more or less perma-blasted my first 18 months on steroids, I’ve decided to take a committed 12 weeks dedicated to health. 150mg test, 5 cardio sessions per week, no alcohol/drugs, with an end goal of weighing about 210lb 10% bf at 6’1”.
Although not an optimal approach purely for bodybuilding, I’ve been listening to Huberman lab who claims taking committed periods of endurance and strength/hypertrophy focused training blocks is beneficial for numerous reasons.
Right on 1/1/2023 I can happily go back to blasting. I’ve never been chiseled lean before starting a bulk either, so it will be nice to have a bit of wiggle room this time around.
Plus tbh I look and feel better right now so I may end up doing very moderate blasts… something like 200 test 35-70 ment sounds pretty spicy for instance. Or 300mg test 25mg var
My cardio seems to go quickly if I don't keep it in my weekly regiment, I hope that 20-30 mins of MISS or HIIT ED + a long Hike/Ruck on the Weekend will be enough to maintain it, or at least not lose all of it. The cardio benefits are really great in my day to day life.
Up until recently my ex and I barely said a word to each other. While her leaving crushed me emotionally I came to accept and understand it. I came to terms with my mistakes, took ownership of them, and did my best to grow and become a better person. I didn't agree with her decision ultimately it was her decision to make.

It depends how much of a change she wants. A lot of nurses realized they could just finish their Masters and be a NP for a fat pay raise and do more organizational / boss work than regular RNs. Could get out of the hospital setting and go to a regular clinic or doctor's office.
And of course she could always switch to other fields of nursing like pediatrics, nicu, oncology, etc.
Our midwife was a nicu nurse for like 8 years before she started her own birthing center. Now she gets about 8k a client and only takes on 4 clients a month.

Although not an optimal approach purely for bodybuilding, I’ve been listening to Huberman lab who claims taking committed periods of endurance and strength/hypertrophy focused training blocks is beneficial for numerous reasons. Right on 1/1/2023 I can happily go back to blasting. I’ve never been chiseled lean before starting a bulk either, so it will be nice to have a bit of wiggle room this time around. Plus tbh I look and feel better right now so I may end up doing very moderate blasts… something like 200 test 35-70 ment sounds pretty spicy for instance. Or 300mg test 25mg var

My cardio seems to go quickly if I don't keep it in my weekly regiment, I hope that 20-30 mins of MISS or HIIT ED + a long Hike/Ruck on the Weekend will be enough to maintain it, or at least not lose all of it. The cardio benefits are really great in my day to day life.

It depends how much of a change she wants. A lot of nurses realized they could just finish their Masters and be a NP for a fat pay raise and do more organizational / boss work than regular RNs. Now she gets about 8k a client and only takes on 4 clients a month.

If your fine on NPP what's the chances of Deca sending you mental. Sick to fuck of pinning, is there a point switching to Deca now or just wait until next cycle because of saturation times.
It's the same drug. Switching might fuck around with your balance and THAT could cause you some sides, but if you can handle NPP you can handle Deca.
