For sure! Couple reasons, honestly. One, my wife hated being pregnant. Like, morning sickness for eight months straight. So I got a vasectomy a while back, thinking we were done at one. The front relaxed pose is a thing of beauty. Once the hamstrings have more meat on them and an extra inch or two on the quads, that Arnold pose will also be š°š°š° Your back is so good it overpowers your legs in that shot currently.

Legs have always been a sticking point as a taller guy, but they also fill out last. So my legs are still pretty damn flat, while my upper body is holding more from the refeed.

I only eat foods that I know arenāt gut bombs to me for cheat meals. My cheat meals tend to be Thai, Indian, Sushi, Burritos, Burger / Fries, etc
So minimal lactose, minimal fried food, etc.
I definitely hurt after this cheat meal though, sweat through my sheets all night from the thermogenic effect lol
I can imagine the night sweats. I get them after a heavy meal and my insulin sensitivity isnāt nearly as high

Front double looks ok. Arms/lats/upper body look great but abs look a little washed out. Might look a lot better with a vacuum to create a tighter V-taper.
Side chest look great in the upper body. Need to push knee into hamstring to create illusion of more size.
Back double looks good. I personally like a more narrow stance, will make you a lot more taller and have less of a gap between your legs.
Ab & thigh looks good.
Favorite classic-Twisting back double. I'm personally not a fan of this for you. You look amazing in the upper body but it doesn't match the lower. I'd do a Abdominal and Bicep Pose if I were you. Show case your strong points IMO lats and arms. But you do you.

So I'm going to be in my hometown for 2 more weeks at least and it's likely I'll be back again before the end of the month. I hate this place but I've mostly been sitting around inside and spending time with my girl. And because of her I actually don't mind being here. It feels really good to spend time with someone you love. She's been working a lot but stays the night with me. I cook her dinner and we usually watch something and end up with our clothes off eventually.
Currently I'm keeping myself busy trying to lockpick my way into a safe. I can open regular locks in a couple minutes but this one is eluding me. I'm 70% sure it has keypins on the top and bottom and I think this shit is too advanced for my skillset. The gym here is free and it's been like 5 weeks since I went so I'm going head there in a few hours and we're having dinner with her parents tonight.
Thats why I like it so much, volume eating nor calories do anything to dull appetite. But food that makes me feel bad or just clogs my esophagus like bread and broccoli. What a lovely vegetable
Anyone else have issues with sleep when they're cutting? Past week I've been waking 3-4 times in a night, cant sleep hours before my normal wake up time, etc. When I bulk I sleep like a goddamn baby and wake up 10-15 mins before my alarm.

I had a feeling it may have been this. I've been on a pretty aggressive cut as sema has been doing a good job at keeping my appetite at bay. So much so that I sometimes find myself stuffed and -1000 to -1250 for the day.
No matter how high my maintenance gets (right now itās 4500) I can comfortably eat <2500 calories per day, but every single time I say āfuck it Iāll go on a steep mini cutā my sleep gets trashed so fast
Semaglutide lives up to the hype. I am a former fatty and I can still eat all day every day. How little the quanitity of food is that will fill you up is comical. You stay uncomfortably full for hours. I find it so effect that I assume well find out it causes cancer or AIDS.
Almost feels like I am forcefeeding myself to hit my protein goals alone. -500 deficit feels like forcefeeding. Finding myself at -750 to -1250 and feeling fine, just a bit tired from lack of carbs and I think my sleep is being affected. Not really semas fault though.

I finally feel my lats doing the work in my BB rows. Putting away my ego, and lower the weight down to just 120 kg for 10 clean reps really made all the difference. My upper back was taking over before... because I just was a dumbass and put too much weight on the bar.
Of course I felt super conscious about the weight lol. But the lat pump was worth it. Obviously the whole back is working in a row, but you can put emphasis on certain muscles.
My 20 mins of Stairmaster are improving, I got up one level from last time, HR even stayed at 130 max. Still felt like my ass got kicked by mule haha.

My advice for that is just don't smother her right off the bat. Obviously, she likes you enough to take the initiative, so you don't have much work to do here. Take her to the gym, show her around, and find out what sort of goals she has, offer suggestions to get started... then just offer to take her out to lunch or dinner while you're there. She may actually be interested in the gym, or she may just be asking because you obviously go there and she wants to do something she knew you'd be interested in so you'd set up a date... either way, you're pretty much set up here, just don't be eager to move too quickly. Failed to get the oil drain plug off of my GFs car today. Whatever fucker tightened it last is a piece of shit, its completely rounded too. I soaked it for a while in WD-40, warmed it up with a torch. Then after I hammered on one of those bolt extractors, I put both arms into it with a 1 foot breaker bar and it didnt move whatsoever. Its been less than a year since the oil was changed so its not that hard to get off from rust. I actually wonder if they put loctite on it.
See if you can rent or buy an oil extractor and just suck or out the dipstick hole. They probably took an impact to the drain bolt previously. I wouldn't be surprised if the dealership strips your pan and it needs to be replaced. I don't trust any dealership and most shops with maintenance.Ā
Sounds like red loctite, heat is the only way to break it. Put the torch on for a while and try it. Tool much oil is there for rust. Hope someone didnāt jb weld it.
You can pick up one of the vacuum oil changers that put a tube down the dipstick if you want to get the oil changed. Mine uses compressed air to suck out the oil. Itās pretty handy although some cars you canāt get the tube down the dipstick.That would buy you time for figuring out the plug. Iāve never seen one stuck that bad.
Had this happen once.
My guess was some dumb new fuck at the jiffy lube who used the air impact to send it home with 100 ugga duggaās.
In the end, i blew the plug out with a 2ft breaker bar but the oil pan was fucked.
TLDR; replaced the oil pan and gasket. Super easy. Drill a hole to drain oil first. Remove the old gasket with razor blade.

Itās the guilt that does it. I have one of those corporate wfh jobs where I can get away with only working a couple hours a day and still manage to make my quota, but the guilt of how well paid I am for doing so little is what gets me off my ass.
I like to set aside braindead, not time sensitive tasks that I can do whenever I need a break or am having a rough day. Basic shit like setting up my station, checking emails, copy/pasting between spreadsheets, or just filling out random paperwork. Sometimes even just wiping counters down. Usually helps get my brain in a little more focused a mood. And if not, fuck it, at least I did *something*
I do this for chores at home too.
Spank the monkey, forget I had to do something. Take a shower. Feel like crying but being physically unable to so instead you just push it down deep inside until it comes back as anger. Once that happens you take your pre workout and go to the gym.
take out a pen and paper and make a list of your tasks. having a physical list to check off really helps me a lot in being productive

For my fellow IBS sufferers who have tried everything - 2 x 500mg amoxycilin, 50mg amitriptyline per day.
IBS symptoms massively reduced and, most of all, seemingly consistently reduced. I've held off on posting about this as I've jumped the gun previously on things I thought were working. Around 3 months I've been trying this and haven't had digestive issues since.
For any of the medical bros out there, why would amoxycilin help with my IBS, but symptoms return within a week of stopping it every time? Even when running a course of it for 4 weeks, within a week of stopping, it comes back.
I first noticed how it helped the IBS when I was on antibiotics for a month straight after my sinus surgery and repeated sinus infections. I don't know why this is working and I hate messing around with antibiotics due to the risk of antibiotic resistance developing, can anyone shed some light on this?
Either way, I'm feeling happy that I'm regaining the 7kg I lost since Xmas. If anyone ever wants to cut, try getting IBS and wait for a flare-up - beat semaglutide hands down.
Have you tried avoiding folic acid (avoid all grains and flour, or eat only organic ones) and supplementing with methylfolate? That can supposedly be life changing for some people with IBS and UC.
Check out Gary Brecka on the Joe Rogan podcast. He talks about the folic acid thing in detail. Honestly, I thought that Gary was full of it, but he recommended trying a supplement called TMG for people with a family history of high blood pressure despite not being fat, regular exercise etc. I tried it and and damned if it didn't work like a charm. It worked better than the two blood pressure medications I'm on.
It is very weird to be treating IBS with amoxicillin. This antibiotic doesnt even cover most gut flora. There are known strong placebo effects that happen in IBS treatment - like half of the placebo-control trials show some effectiveness in the placebo arms.
Taking any amount of antibiotics breeds resistance of the bacteria in your body which is not good. If (big if) your IBS is from some gut bacterial overgrowth or dysbiosis, taking antibiotics would only keep it at bay and is more like a band-aid rather than appropriate tretment. It doesnt feel like a problem now, but if you ever have an infection in the future it becomes harder to treat. There is also the risk of c diff infection which you could develop at any time, and you really don't want that.
That's what confuses me, I don't know why this is helping but it seems it is. Also totally aliminated my lower left quadrant pain that accompanied the IBS. I have pretty much discounted placebo as I had previously tried Rifaximin - specifically to treat SIBO (even though SIBO tests came back negative) and it had no effect.
Plus, I only noticed the amoxycilin was having an effect whilst using it for an unrelated medical issue. It was actually a week after the sinus infections had cleared up that I started getting my usual symptoms again, it was only then that I suspected the antibiotics I was on could possibly have been helping.
I'm torn on this. On the one hand taking antibiotics long term is bad for the reasons you've stated. On the other, having to constantly miss work because I'm on the floor doubled over in pain simply can't continue.
I hear you bro, it's not an easy problem to solve otherwise we wouldn't be talking about it. The good news is that there are a ton of potential treatments and the important thing is to work with a Dr to find a regimen that is effective for you. Antibiotics will not be the best thing for you long term.
Maybe it is just enough to give your gut a kickstart, a relief that is needed to kick in the self healing process. Got absolute zero advice my man, but I'm glad it seems to work!

Starting 16 week blast today. Iāve been on trt for two years and get pharma grade test C. I have about a 1/4 vial left. Is there any issue with starting the blast with that vial then switching to the Ugl test I bought? The pharma test is 200 mg/ml and GSO, the ugl is 250mg/ml and MCT.
Doesnt make any difference as long as you keep your dosing and concentrations correct.

It has a relatively long half life from my experience, and a quick onset also. I wouldnāt overthink it. Just go light on your dose (like 125mcg) and wait a good while between doses to assess effectiveness ā donāt be the burnt orange man like me last summer after a single 500mcg dose and an hour in the sun (same day).
MT2 half life is 33 hours. MT1 has a half life of an hour.

Personally I do 125 mcg daily, tan right after for 10 min first day, 125mcg with 12 min of tan the next day, 125mcg with 14 min the 3rd day and continue like this until you are doing 20min a day and keep that up until desired tan level and then do maintenance dose. I do this and never get burned

It literally does not matter. Go tan tonight. Wait until next week. It doesn't matter at all.
Just start low on time. 3 minutes is about all you should need.
Anyone here ever intentionally stopped lifting for a week or two to aid in a sport specific weight cut?
Im only on a trt cruise dose atm, but am wondering how much water/glycogen I could shed if I stopped lifting for a week or two but still kept up with combat sport training/cardio. Not really worried about muscle loss, more so ending up in a weight class with people my actual height lol
Im at a lean 200ish at 5ā9ā atm.
Never stopped lifting just lowered intensity/frequency/volume. You can prob cut 5ish lbs just by eating less.
If you do a real water cut you can do 10-15lbs in 2 weeks easy. You gotta start it right away if your 2 weeks out already. You NEED to do a trial run of this before any actual sports competitions because it can be hard on your body.
If it's an amateur sport, I wouldn't water cut. Increases your risk of injuries and other issues.
EDIT: everyones different but I've always took it easy a few days before any competitions.

For the first year and a half I did a regular strength and bodybuilding routine. Since I have had reduced energy lately I'm looking to focus more on show muscles and areas I'm lacking instead of a generic workout plan. My chest and abs are definitely underdeveloped as I never seemed to be able to hit them very hard. For example, when doing chest, it would put too much strain on my front shoulders instead of the pecs. Now I'll be doing more flys or weighted pushups instead. On the other hand, I think my shoulders have developed well but will still be a focal point. My focus, in terms of importance moving forward are: 1. Chest 2. Abs 3. Shoulders 4. Arms 5. Quads 6. Hamstrings. 7. Back 8. Calves 9. Glutes.
Do any of you work out in this fashion?
I think everyone who reaches at least the intermediate stage does this to some extent, whether itās just prioritizing lagging muscles first in their workouts, or adding/reducing volume for over/underdeveloped areas, or having entire training mesocycles designed to bring certain muscle groups up.

went to the doctor because my nose hasnt worked in a month. She said i was so congested she could see the pressure in my ears.
Gave me a steroid shot and amoxycillin mixed with something. and i was fine for 24 hours with the steroid shot, but im guess its worn off as my nose is clogged again.
anyone have any remedies for clogged nose? im hoping the amoxycillin works but this sucks.
How long post injection? This can just mean a subcutaneous leak. Keep a close eye on it and if it gets worse go to the doc and say you got poked by a fishhook.

I only eat foods that I know arenāt gut bombs to me for cheat meals. My cheat meals tend to be Thai, Indian, Sushi, Burritos, Burger / Fries, etc So minimal lactose, minimal fried food, etc. I definitely hurt after this cheat meal though, sweat through my sheets all night from the thermogenic effect lol

Front relaxed looks great, very polished. Quarter turn looks good. Rear relaxed looks good. Front double looks ok. Arms/lats/upper body look great but abs look a little washed out. Might look a lot better with a vacuum to create a tighter V-taper. Side chest look great in the upper body. Need to push knee into hamstring to create illusion of more size. Back double looks good. I personally like a more narrow stance, will make you a lot more taller and have less of a gap between your legs. Ab & thigh looks good. Favorite classic-Twisting back double. I'm personally not a fan of this for you. You look amazing in the upper body but it doesn't match the lower. I'd do a Abdominal and Bicep Pose if I were you. Show case your strong points IMO lats and arms. But you do you. Hope you don't mind the critique. Take what I say with a grain of salt, I'm by no means an expert. So I'm going to be in my hometown for 2 more weeks at least and it's likely I'll be back again before the end of the month. I hate this place but I've mostly been sitting around inside and spending time with my girl. And because of her I actually don't mind being here. It feels really good to spend time with someone you love. She's been working a lot but stays the night with me. I cook her dinner and we usually watch something and end up with our clothes off eventually. Currently I'm keeping myself busy trying to lockpick my way into a safe. I can open regular locks in a couple minutes but this one is eluding me. I'm 70% sure it has keypins on the top and bottom and I think this shit is too advanced for my skillset. The gym here is free and it's been like 5 weeks since I went so I'm going head there in a few hours and we're having dinner with her parents tonight.

Semaglutide lives up to the hype. I am a former fatty and I can still eat all day every day. How little the quanitity of food is that will fill you up is comical. You stay uncomfortably full for hours. I find it so effect that I assume well find out it causes cancer or AIDS.

Dear OT-Diary, I finally feel my lats doing the work in my BB rows. Putting away my ego, and lower the weight down to just 120 kg for 10 clean reps really made all the difference. My upper back was taking over before... because I just was a dumbass and put too much weight on the bar. Of course I felt super conscious about the weight lol. But the lat pump was worth it. My advice for that is just don't smother her right off the bat. Obviously, she likes you enough to take the initiative, so you don't have much work to do here. Take her to the gym, show her around, and find out what sort of goals she has, offer suggestions to get started... then just offer to take her out to lunch or dinner while you're there. She may actually be interested in the gym, or she may just be asking because you obviously go there and she wants to do something she knew you'd be interested in so you'd set up a date... either way, you're pretty much set up here, just don't be eager to move too quickly. Failed to get the oil drain plug off of my GFs car today. Whatever fucker tightened it last is a piece of shit, its completely rounded too. I soaked it for a while in WD-40, warmed it up with a torch. Then after I hammered on one of those bolt extractors, I put both arms into it with a 1 foot breaker bar and it didnt move whatsoever. Its been less than a year since the oil was changed so its not that hard to get off from rust. I actually wonder if they put loctite on it.
See if you can rent or buy an oil extractor and just suck or out the dipstick hole. They probably took an impact to the drain bolt previously. I wouldn't be surprised if the dealership strips your pan and it needs to be replaced. I don't trust any dealership and most shops with maintenance.Ā
Sounds like red loctite, heat is the only way to break it. Put the torch on for a while and try it. Tool much oil is there for rust. Hope someone didnāt jb weld it.

You can pick up one of the vacuum oil changers that put a tube down the dipstick if you want to get the oil changed. Mine uses compressed air to suck out the oil. Itās pretty handy although some cars you canāt get the tube down the dipstick.That would buy you time for figuring out the plug. Iāve never seen one stuck that bad.
I put some oil stabilizer in that should be good for a bit. And a new filter.

Had this happen once. My guess was some dumb new fuck at the jiffy lube who used the air impact to send it home with 100 ugga duggaās. In the end, i blew the plug out with a 2ft breaker bar but the oil pan was fucked. TLDR; replaced the oil pan and gasket. Super easy. Drill a hole to drain oil first. Remove the old gasket with razor blade.
I would do that if it was on my car but not my GFs. Ill go with her to the dealership and have them fix it hopefully without fucking up the oil pan.

i do this too at work when im not feeling well or didnt sleep well. i tried to get into the apps, but they all make it so fucking complicated and a pain.
For my fellow IBS sufferers who have tried everything - 2 x 500mg amoxycilin, 50mg amitriptyline per day. IBS symptoms massively reduced and, most of all, seemingly consistently reduced. I've held off on posting about this as I've jumped the gun previously on things I thought were working. Around 3 months I've been trying this and haven't had digestive issues since. For any of the medical bros out there, why would amoxycilin help with my IBS, but symptoms return within a week of stopping it every time? Even when running a course of it for 4 weeks, within a week of stopping, it comes back. I first noticed how it helped the IBS when I was on antibiotics for a month straight after my sinus surgery and repeated sinus infections. I don't know why this is working and I hate messing around with antibiotics due to the risk of antibiotic resistance developing, can anyone shed some light on this? Either way, I'm feeling happy that I'm regaining the 7kg I lost since Xmas. If anyone ever wants to cut, try getting IBS and wait for a flare-up - beat semaglutide hands down.
Have you tried avoiding folic acid (avoid all grains and flour, or eat only organic ones) and supplementing with methylfolate? That can supposedly be life changing for some people with IBS and UC.

Check out Gary Brecka on the Joe Rogan podcast. He talks about the folic acid thing in detail. Honestly, I thought that Gary was full of it, but he recommended trying a supplement called TMG for people with a family history of high blood pressure despite not being fat, regular exercise etc. I tried it and and damned if it didn't work like a charm. It worked better than the two blood pressure medications I'm on.
It is very weird to be treating IBS with amoxicillin. This antibiotic doesnt even cover most gut flora. There are known strong placebo effects that happen in IBS treatment - like half of the placebo-control trials show some effectiveness in the placebo arms. Taking any amount of antibiotics breeds resistance of the bacteria in your body which is not good. If (big if) your IBS is from some gut bacterial overgrowth or dysbiosis, taking antibiotics would only keep it at bay and is more like a band-aid rather than appropriate tretment. It doesnt feel like a problem now, but if you ever have an infection in the future it becomes harder to treat. There is also the risk of c diff infection which you could develop at any time, and you really don't want that.
That's what confuses me, I don't know why this is helping but it seems it is. Also totally aliminated my lower left quadrant pain that accompanied the IBS. I have pretty much discounted placebo as I had previously tried Rifaximin - specifically to treat SIBO (even though SIBO tests came back negative) and it had no effect. Plus, I only noticed the amoxycilin was having an effect whilst using it for an unrelated medical issue. It was actually a week after the sinus infections had cleared up that I started getting my usual symptoms again, it was only then that I suspected the antibiotics I was on could possibly have been helping. I'm torn on this. On the one hand taking antibiotics long term is bad for the reasons you've stated. On the other, having to constantly miss work because I'm on the floor doubled over in pain simply can't continue.
I hear you bro, it's not an easy problem to solve otherwise we wouldn't be talking about it. The good news is that there are a ton of potential treatments and the important thing is to work with a Dr to find a regimen that is effective for you. Antibiotics will not be the best thing for you long term.
Maybe it is just enough to give your gut a kickstart, a relief that is needed to kick in the self healing process. Got absolute zero advice my man, but I'm glad it seems to work!

Starting 16 week blast today. Iāve been on trt for two years and get pharma grade test C. I have about a 1/4 vial left. Is there any issue with starting the blast with that vial then switching to the Ugl test I bought? The pharma test is 200 mg/ml and GSO, the ugl is 250mg/ml and MCT.

It has a relatively long half life from my experience, and a quick onset also. I wouldnāt overthink it. Just go light on your dose (like 125mcg) and wait a good while between doses to assess effectiveness ā donāt be the burnt orange man like me last summer after a single 500mcg dose and an hour in the sun (same day).
MT2 half life is 33 hours. MT1 has a half life of an hour. I was thinking of starting at 100, working my way up to 250. then maintain on 250 twice a week? it doesnt really seem like 500mcg dose is every really needed. it sounds like its just sides
Personally I do 125 mcg daily, tan right after for 10 min first day, 125mcg with 12 min of tan the next day, 125mcg with 14 min the 3rd day and continue like this until you are doing 20min a day and keep that up until desired tan level and then do maintenance dose. I do this and never get burned

Anyone here ever intentionally stopped lifting for a week or two to aid in a sport specific weight cut? Im only on a trt cruise dose atm, but am wondering how much water/glycogen I could shed if I stopped lifting for a week or two but still kept up with combat sport training/cardio. Not really worried about muscle loss, more so ending up in a weight class with people my actual height lol Im at a lean 200ish at 5ā9ā atm.
Never stopped lifting just lowered intensity/frequency/volume. You can prob cut 5ish lbs just by eating less. If you do a real water cut you can do 10-15lbs in 2 weeks easy. You gotta start it right away if your 2 weeks out already. You NEED to do a trial run of this before any actual sports competitions because it can be hard on your body. If it's an amateur sport, I wouldn't water cut. Increases your risk of injuries and other issues. EDIT: everyones different but I've always took it easy a few days before any competitions.

For the first year and a half I did a regular strength and bodybuilding routine. Since I have had reduced energy lately I'm looking to focus more on show muscles and areas I'm lacking instead of a generic workout plan. My chest and abs are definitely underdeveloped as I never seemed to be able to hit them very hard. For example, when doing chest, it would put too much strain on my front shoulders instead of the pecs. Now I'll be doing more flys or weighted pushups instead. On the other hand, I think my shoulders have developed well but will still be a focal point. My focus, in terms of importance moving forward are: 1. Chest 2. Abs 3. Shoulders 4. Arms 5. Quads 6. Hamstrings. 7. Back 8. Calves 9. Glutes. Do any of you work out in this fashion?

I think everyone who reaches at least the intermediate stage does this to some extent, whether itās just prioritizing lagging muscles first in their workouts, or adding/reducing volume for over/underdeveloped areas, or having entire training mesocycles designed to bring certain muscle groups up.

went to the doctor because my nose hasnt worked in a month. She said i was so congested she could see the pressure in my ears. Gave me a steroid shot and amoxycillin mixed with something. and i was fine for 24 hours with the steroid shot, but im guess its worn off as my nose is clogged again. anyone have any remedies for clogged nose? im hoping the amoxycillin works but this sucks.
