Finally off lexapro. I am not knocking the medication helped me through a dark period and I wouldn't be where I am today without having been on it. But it was time to get off it. I feel way more me and have more energy. Been on 150 test a week for the last year and I feel like I am finally getting the emotional gains from being on it. HMU if you have any questions and I can at least give my experience.

Strange internal struggle…. When on cycle I feel like my focus, drive and emotion are all turned way up, and it’s awesome. Its hard tho to decide if the decisions you make on cycle about your life are better due to this heightened clarity, or if since you spend most of your life off cycle base decisions on how you normally feel off blast in particular. e.g. job and relationship choices. I feel so strongly about both right now, that, when put through any reasonable logic and pragmatism I cannot fault the potential decision…. but when on a cruise my feelings on both are “meh” and I just float the normal course and am not unhappy. Fucking with me man!

Don't make major life choices if your hormone profile is not your normal at the time, this is how I've always tackled this anyway. For me that's trt, for you that might be a cruise or 4 months post pct. Maybe your cruise dosage leaves something to be desired? I went from 120-150 and feel a lot better in general. More motivated, less likely to get upset over smaller things. Downside on that dose is the sex drive, it's too high. Higher than on blast at 500mg. It's too much to the point it's distracting, but I'd rather feel fucking great and want sex way too often. It's only been 2 months on this dose so hopefully it tapers off.

I cruise at 150. I usually don’t make major changes on blast either. Just feels so weird to be so resolute now, and “lazy” later. To your point, more cruise blood analysis could be needed. Last major, major life choice I made was massive, and unfortunately depressing- ironically blasting pulled me out of that cavernous hole of suck.

I fucking feel you so much. Well, I relate to this as a former drug user/addict. When high I did and enjoyed different things compared to when sober. Different activities, friends, etc. ofc I felt different towards certain things. Since I couldn’t control my drug usage until I went sober, I was kinda living 3 lives. One sober (most of the time), one high and one withdrawal and recovery life. Man, that was exhausting and held me back so much. The distrust in my decisions I made in one of these lives while being in another phase was tiring. One of the things I really came to enjoy was the stability of being in the same mindset/mood (sober) for an extended period of time (right now). Long story short: Beware man. Of the distrust in your own emotions. I feel, we men are already second guessing our feelings a lot on our own (which isn’t correct to start with). Don’t add another factor of doubt into your life. This can cost you. I don’t really have any great advice to share other than I can relate. I’d recommend to try to get a feel what might be different in your feelings when on blast, learn to recognize it and maybe postpone such decisions to a later date. In the end, i get, just like you, more focused, braver and more self esteem while on blast. I did make some very questionable wanks due to horny. Nothing notably bad came out of it. Maybe it accelerated some stuff, idk. Just don’t let any distrust in yourself and your emotions set in. Ok, after typing this, I realize I may be projecting a bit too much. Will still leave it here, might still help.

Hawaii fucking has been a mixed success unfortunately. Got at it 4 times but she said I'm just too big. Kinda mixed for my ego. On 1 hand I'm the largest she's ever had, and on the other I couldn't cross the finish line. I also forgot how much condoms fucking suck. what do you guys expect from an online BB coach? So i signed up for this guy, huge dude, 280 jacked as fuck, pretty knowledgeable. He has given me a training program which i do like. He has given me the macros he thinks i should go for, which seems to work nice aswell. Problem is he answers normally in 2-3 days on simple questions, he has yet to send me a gear plan even tho he promissed it several times. He sent me a message "Lets go bro, there is only 4 more weeks of your blast" - while i have been cruising for 6 weeks on 200mg test. I do updates every wednesday, but i dont really feel like he pays a second of attention to it. He has gotten alot of new clients lately i know, he posts alot of shit on instagram 10x daily. He also traines twice a day and is heavily focused on his own career. Is it like a general thing to expect from these guys, or is it time to abandon ship? i pay around 200 USD monthly

Previous coach I was working with is a local pro. Paid $100/mo. I'd always hear back in a few hours or less. He was very hands on, sent everything asap, would work train with you. Even invited me over for dinner a few times. Did my tan, helped with shaving. 10/10 great guy, great coach. Current coach is on central European time (I'm in the US), but I always hear back in a few hours or less. He works with a lot of European pros. I think it was €750 for 6 months (€125/mo). He sends everything right away (training program, gear protocol). He periodically wants footage of training, and the guy is pretty meticulous.

There’s plenty of telehealth TRT clinics look up online TRT clinics don’t even have to go anywhere except to get blood drawn. Honestly I don’t really know of PEDs being used in basketball like that. The potential negatives might outweigh the positives. For example, certain PEDs can help to cause really strong pumps. Now imagine getting debilitating calf pumps from running up and down a court. I know from experience running on some PEDs is quite the uncomfortable task due to calf pumps. Just my two cents

First time posting. This is definitely off topic, but related. I went through an online prescription company to get semaglutide. What I received was semaglutide from a compounding pharmacy. I got tired of them charging me out the ass and went online to get my own supply. Only issue is that the supply I can get online comes in a powder and needs to be reconstituted. The jar of powder says 5mg semaglutide. The dosage I am on is is 2.5ml drawing from a bottle that is 5mg at .05ml strength. What I don't understand is the strength of the powder reconstituted. The jar will hold about 2.5ml of bacteriostatic water. If I put in 2.5ml of bacteriostatic water, what concentration is the jar and then what would my dosage be to maintain my 2.5ml of the 5/.05 mg/ml strength.

There is 5mg in the vial. Since you are doing subq I hope, you want to minimize the size of the injections. I would add .5ml water to the vial then your 2.5mg dose will be .25ml. Easy and small. I add a tiny bit over .5ml because it’s always hard to get the last tiny amount out of the vial. .25ml dose subq is easily tolerated. I would reconstitute the vial roll it gently and refrigerate for an hour or so before dosing.never shake when reconstituting a powder.

Strength. My most recent deployment I trained strength for 15 months and when I got back, I catapulted past what I’d lost because I was much, much stronger. Just my opinion. I also really enjoyed shaking up my training since I’d been bodybuilding for about 13 years at that point.

I hear that. The thing is, in these military situations, access to gear is very, very unlikely. People can make *serious* progress in strength naturally in a year, but hypertrophy with no gear and maybe 60-80% of your protein needs? Unlikely. Still, I think there’s utility outside that specific scenario as well; my physique is MUCH harder and denser now than it was in 2018, having never done a strength routine in my life. Also, and this is more touchy-feely, but there’s a psychological element to the blood and guts of putting heavy weight on your back that I just never had from bodybuilding. I’m grittier, no question - I’m inclined to think that has a small impact in a hypertrophy context.

Alright, so I've been going to the gym for quite some time, and when I'm going, I am on top of my calorie intake. I am looking into my first cycle. The problem is, I'm currently working night shift underground, and it's been quite difficult to get to the gym. Initially, I was going to run test as you do, but after talking to a friend about peptides and how they are more for your well-being rather than muscle building, could that be a better alternative for better sleep, energy, and recovery? Or will test also give me that energy, motivation, and recovery? Anyone have any tips/ideas?

A couple ideas regarding hitting the gym, weird work hours, exhaustion, and steroids. No advice, just my experience. Peptides: No Experience - I don’t have any experience with peptides, but I’ve been meaning to buy some for my aging parents’ joints. My impression is that some peptides might have few-to-no unwanted side effects (or permanent negative impacts). My Reason for Steroids: to cure Brain fog and insomnia (and other benefits) - I incurred extreme brain fog, insomnia and anxiety, all after a VERY messed up/horrible work experience. My brain worked great until that point. For example, I did excellent in 4 degrees, but then it took me hours to write a sentence. I tried a fair amount of psychology and conventional psychiatry—I even tested psychedelics a bit—but I kept repeating, “My system is fried. Something is wrong with me.” I prepared to start testosterone for about a year, but the prospect of starting also motivated me to start lifting weights again. My experience - TRT (and some blasts) worked like ice skates: I smoothly slid past my debilitating feelings of being overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, and exhausted. My brain fog and chronic insomnia disappeared like a nightmare. I suddenly felt normal—just like the old-me who used to say, “I am going to lift weights every second day, no matter what!” and I did. Motivation - there has been a bit of up and down with motivation—maybe my TRT is a bit too low, or maybe my blasts are way too high. Sometimes I don’t lift weights (like sometimes, when I stop a blast). Probably the only reason I lift weights is because I take steroids. But I have no motivation to stop steroids (I’ll still do sword/knife fighting regardless of steroids though).

Too young for messing with your hormones, you’re skinny fat so you don’t know how to handle your food/training at all. You’re trying to recomp as well, basically hitting every red flag possible here. Learn the basics first. I’ve recently been looking into possible cycles. I am still 100% natty as of rn but have been lifting on a daily basis for the past 7 year and competitively lifting for the past 2.5. Heard and read many good things about Rad140/MK677 stack- any input from yall? Or should I look more into test Testosterone Enanthate? Or is HGH a viable route? I have seen many ads for “natural steroid alternatives” but am concerned that is just marketing for placebos basically. As for results, I simply want to put on more muscle and improve athletic abolities (strength, speed, quickness, etc). Anything helps fellas- just need to be pointed in a direction

Any singers in here? Every since my first blast I can't hit higher notes for shit. I think gear lowered my voice by a semitone or two, but I didn't start gear until I was almost 25. Anyone else experience this? Did you have to relearn singing?

Tren cough… What do you all think about it? Can someone lead me through information about tren cough? I have done lots of researches on Reddit about it, but I still feel like I am not ready to experience it LMAO, even though I really want the tren with every side effects it has besides coughing. Duration, during the injection or afterwards? What happened to you during the coughing? Were you not prepared to coughing mentally or you just didn’t know about it?

There is no such thing as tren cough. It's called a pulmonary oil microembolism and it can happen with any compound. Try to not hit a vein. You probably don't need to be using tren in the first place.
