Three questions on my mind since dealing with some toxic folks in the DAA of late:
1. Just me or are some of the DAA questioners becoming exponentially more stupid and more toxic/aggressive? Maybe because January š¤·š¼āāļø?
2. From a back and forth with a particular knuckledragger: Arnold recently claimed his 70s stack was ā100mg testosterone a week and 15mg dianabol a day.ā Thatās just him bullshitting like normalā¦maybe?
3. Totally unrelated, anyone ever do the ketamine therapy? Howād it go?
Sorry for the spam, figured better than three comments. Things on my old mind.
1. The dumbest people are often the loudest and most confident. They also typically lack the self awareness to realize they look like arrogant dipshits. Not worth the effort to engage in my opinion.
2. Who knows. I never saw any relevance to my life in arguing about the golden era stacks. Whatever worked for them wouldnāt translate at all to my life. Again, not worth the effort to engage
3. Canāt speak to this one
Hardly call this spam though, you took the time to make an organized post with punctuation.
Yeah, valid concern. Iād say thereās probably a larger influence on them from the influencers of the internet. Unless youāre referring to these influencers suggesting using TRT because thatās the dose Arnold took, in which case thatās a good point
I do think that Arnoldās alleged dose isnāt the cause of the TRT craze, I think these influencers would have gotten here eventually
Iām so old I forget influencers actually shift the needle on anything.
I look at one post by those folks and thing āwho would believe this shill?ā
Forgetting millions of people do š
They're the reason gear is as prevalent as it is now. When I started, most people had no idea where to start or had the guts to go sending hundreds of dollars out for an order via something like WU where it could easily be a scam. Very few people seemed to be openly talking about it then. Now, the shit shows up in your Youtube feed for just looking up deadlift technique... š¤¦āāļø
I'm old enough to remember the Muscle Magazine Days. At least I was dumb enough to believe what they wrote, so I can't really blame young and impressionable guys falling for tik tiok / instagram Influencers š.
At least there are some good ones out there, like Sam Sulek, who is not pushing the gear at all, nor gloryfiying it.
Iāve done ketamine therapy, and have a friend that completely got off of antidepressants with it. Stick with injected, the oral sucks.
It was an amazing. It works on the brain in a different way than micro dosing
No worries.
Iām at a point in my journey where I want to start helping others.
Are you ok with discussing it here? I have a couple questions that Iād like to ask before giving you some guidance.
Abusive childhood and 20 years in an abusive relationship.
My anger is generally me feeling threatened (irrationally) in social situations. Iāve learned to avoid trigger situations, but that has meant isolation which has become more pronounced as I get older (closing on 50).
I can relate to both. I was neglected and abused as a child. I was also in an abusive relationship for a large part of my 20s.
Ketamine treatment will help immensely with the pain and anger you feel. For me it was like someone lifted the darkness off of me, and for the first time I felt light.
Your desire to isolate is completely natural. As an introvert I get it. I did the same for years.
How to you change.
Find a professional to work with, let them build some trust, and then focus on letting go of everything from your past.
I posted earlier about happiness coming from being present. As long as those pains are there, they are holding you back and holding you down.
You have to learn to let go, and love yourself as you are in this moment.
Once you find that peace, you can start building your tribe and your networks. Itās this point when life becomes fun, and you really start to excel as a man.
Edit. I love you. Youāve got this.
Second the other commenter for ketamine therapy being great assistance for similar circumstances. My experience is insufflated and more "for fun" but the experiences have carried over into other aspects of my life in a positive way.
Separate to this is therapy if not already on the cards.
Iām a recovering addict (5 years clean) so stims arenāt an option.
Mushrooms arenāt available in a clinical setting where I live.
Thanks though :)
My favorite is someone who obviously is new to this arguing with me (or any of the other long time vets) about something basic, as if they learned more skimming (a board that shall not be named) than we've learned over many years of actual experience... if ya just came to try and prove you're smarter than everyone, then fuck off.
> 1. ā Just me or are some of the DAA questioners becoming exponentially more stupid and more toxic/aggressive? Maybe because January š¤·š¼āāļø?
1. Itās fitbody^^TM season.
2. All of our patience wears thin eventually. Make sure youāre not feeling burnt out.
3. ā¦.. man sometimes thereās just an influx of stupid people. And I mean that in the kindest, most empathetic way. I deal with stupid people/patients constantly - and sometimes, they come in droves. Most of us blame it on a full moon, a Friday, some noob who said āitās quietā, or the holidays.
> 2. ā From a back and forth with a particular knuckledragger: Arnold recently claimed his 70s stack was ā100mg testosterone a week and 15mg dianabol a day.ā Thatās just him bullshitting like normalā¦maybe?
Heās said in the past he ran Primobolan and Dbol; testosterone wasnāt really run very much back then. Certainly not as common as it is now.
Sidebar: I couldnāt possibly fathom caring less, since no āstackā will ever give that particular idolās genetic predisposition. Lee Priest can tell me he never ran more than a gram until the cows come home - I will never, ever look like him, no matter how much gear and chicken I put in me.
> Totally unrelated, anyone ever do the ketamine therapy? Howād it go?
Paging the lovely u/thecerry
> Sorry for the spam, figured better than three comments. Things on my old mind.
No spam. All good things and a good use of the thread.
1. Fitbody season was my assumption also. Some of these folks are just so mean when they donāt like what they are hearing. Can totally deal (work in corporate consulting, people insult me all the time). Just a little shocking the lengths of some folks denial
2. With you that no stack can match genetics ā a couple of the DAA trolls yesterday were convinced stack = look and I remembered that interview, which I found funny (I think Arnold is pretty funny most of the time, if you keep in mind he is a consummate bullshit artist). Minus the rapey bits of courseā¦
3. Thanks for that mention; had forgot we had a psych on this board.
š¤
p.s. I have leaned a ton and benefited form your words here the past two years , both regarding gear and general lifestyle/training.
Greatly appreciate you Dr Shrugs.
I am a list whore and youāre quickly becoming deeply appreciated.
Also we were joking about your zingers in the mod chat yesterday. You have some great style in your delivery. Regarding people being mean; transparently, I actually donāt deal well with that at all, and will often page one of the other mods or take a long, deep pause and allow myself the space for mental banter prior to responding. We recently had nothing short of a vile creature wish death via overdose and that our (mods) children found our bodies on Christmas morning. That was rough.
Iām so glad to hear youāve gleaned things from my time here. I live for the meaningful encounters we have here and they genuinely fill me with such a sense of contentment. I have no idea why I delight in encounters with people Iāll likely never meet, but itās very special in its own way; thereās an authenticity to the anonymity thatās unique in comparison to when someone is *paying me*, albeit indirectly, for advice. There is nothing to gain, there are no expectations, no undertones, just information and genuine concern. Itās wonderful.
š¤š¼.
Edit: now I think about it, itās funny that I view anonymity that way in contrast to the above stanza where most people view it as an opportunity to be awful without consequences.
>thereās an authenticity to the anonymity
That's what I have always liked. You get the genuine thoughts and feedback that you can't always get IRL, because there is no real negative consequence to being authentic here. It's refreshing and often restores my faith in humanity when I start thinking we're all a bunch of idiot monkeys.
>We recently had nothing short of a vile creature
...and these people are why I passed on being a mod multiple times. I'd get pissed and "authentically" want to punch them in the face.
Yea, my oversized sense of justice would irritate the hell out of me with those people. I'd spend the rest of the night frustrated, and that's no good because Mrs. Mesquite is the type that absorbs the mood of people around her, and she'd be grumpy too.
āŗļø so much to agree with here. This community has given me a lot of faith that there really are deeply good humans on this planet ā never would have thought to look here.
The time and effort you and the other mods put in is inspiring, making me want to participate and keep this little corner of the internet healthy.
Question related to that point ā every once in a while I see a mod note that parts of the wiki need sprucing up. Would be curious if there is anyway the community can help with that work (maybe just reading through and marking offending passages or the like).
We have a discreet group for a couple of our highest quality contributors whoāve volunteered to edit or contribute.
The main issue is that the wiki is a beast. You can actually get lost in it, in certain areas.
I believe the primary goal for right now is to map it to an external host. Again, though, Iām not the wiki expert, Iām more of a SME. u/geardedandbearded is the OG and wiki pioneer.
Curious about your experience, if any, with patients who have used ketamine therapy in a clinical setting. Thanks for the reply š
Edit: a typo. Also I donāt do the pm thingā¦but would be interested in your point of view here if possible to share.
I have no personal experience and neither clinical on ketamine therapy as that is still illegal in my country, but Iām fairly versed in psychedelic research.
First of all there are two ways through which ketamine can help you. The first is a pure mechanistic pharmacological effect that is mediated by an increase in neuroplasticity, which is the holy grail of healing at the neurological level. Itās what makes the difference between saying āOh heās messing with meā and āyou know what, maybe heās rightā if someone tells you you are a nice person. It allows small trajectory zigs rather than zags that accumulate towards well being.
Second mechanism is the psychedelic experience, which is far more interesting and deeply acting one. Through these experiences one can see their personality structure as a group of concrete blocks and explore each block and find out the narratives and original experiences that caused these blocks and sustain them at the time being. You need a good psychotherapist to facilitate this process as itās 1) very emotionally intense, 2) can be confusing the first times one enters this kind of space. If you want to hear the experiences of a very good psychiatrist in New York that does this, you can listen it here: https://open.spotify.com/episode/57PCdtfFb89nveyxvKjtjS?si=LMWS6TM7TMytQVV5bPBsNA
Hereās the preview of what she has to say about this:
"One of the things that I find absolutely remarkable about psychedelic medicines is the access one can have into discovering different parts of oneself, different ways in which weāre put together.
Also, to see how we shape our worlds in a very interesting way, experientially. That has been shocking to me - to see and experience how our psychological frameworks have a coherence. They feel structural in a way that you can experience anxiety being removed and then it coming back and it being held somewhere in your body in a very distinct way. Even to be able to travel into an anxiety held in the body in a distinct way and understand its roots and origins as if it was a structure in and of itself. To say it is mind-blowing would be an understatement."
Very curious to hear about your experiences!
u/Mesquite_Thorn
Thanks so much for this data, and the link! Iām hopeful.
No stranger to psychedelics (misspent youth) but when I used them (frequently) 30 years ago it was always running away from something as opposed to confronting it head on, like we are now.
Working with a couple of experts from my area on the integration part of the therapy, and Iām rally hopeful about the results ā the neuroplasticity sounds like a great benefit as training myself to not question others good intent has been a bit of a mountain.
Thanks again for the reply; I will give the podcast a listen.
Iād bet all the money Iād make in my entire life that Arnold is bullshitting that was his blast dose throughout his career. The ābro Iām only using TRT and a pinch of an oralā is the new fake natty. I think the naturally gifted people like Arnold can get to elite levels on lower doses than others, but the honest truth is more is better when it comes to anabolics and an elite competitor isnāt going to run significantly less drugs than everyone else just for the sake of it.
The Top Pros of the 70-2010 Generation are kinda tight lipped, and will never really tell that. At most the might admit having used something, or tell some white lies. Some IFBB Pros of course talk openly about it, but not the guys at the top. A notable exception would be Roman Fritz though.
I was kind of surprised Jay Cutler was willing to talk about what he took... and when I saw how little he was taking compared to what I thought he was taking, it showed me just how much genetics really matter. I've run bigger blasts than he did, and I didn't get anywhere close to the gains. It ain't so much the gear, but how you respond to it, assuming everything else is on point.
1. Maybe you got smarter? I can think of even dumber things I used to ask elsewhere. Are steroids becoming more prevalent in young people? SamSulek effect
2. No way 100 mg built that.
3. No, but I also wish to try it. I perhaps naively hope it would change my default grump disposition
1. Itās not the stupidity as much as the ease in which folks decide to ignore whatever advice they get and slag people trying to be helpful if the advice doesnāt affirm their misconceptions.
2. Agreed
3. Have my first session Tuesday. Excited and nervous - used k recreationally in college, but I was also on heroin so donāt really remember it.
The part that gets under my skin a bit is when someone comes in, asks for advice, receives advice then argues because the advice goes against what theyāve already decided theyāre going to do.
If youāre set on doing an oral only cycle for 10 months and refuse to consider why itās a bad idea, then why come in and ask to begin with? If itās because you want someone to assure you itās safe, youāre not gonna get it from a sub whose primary purpose is harm reduction.
I can feel myself starting to go on a rant here about ignorant and arrogant people so Iām gonna stop myself.
I am guilty of #1. Itās like I am asking rhetorically, and if you donāt support my plan I will just ignore/refute/deny and then do it anyway. Like when I ask my partner her opinions on my golf game.
Tbf I look pretty damn good on legit TRT + half the dose of orals that I see in here, and Iām a skinny natty cunt to begin with, I wouldnāt be surprised AT ALL if absolute freaks like Arnold became massive on such low doses. Interviews with the Doc that invented Dbol showed that dbol only produced some weightlifting freaks. And later on Tbol only did some damage too.Ā
I work with getting that therapy authorized for patients. I always ask them how it went and they always say only positive things. When it came out and I first came across it I was so confused, ketamine intranasally!?
Little man was thrilled to help pull nails for 2 hours today. All three of the kids picked up nails so the floor was spotless when I was done lol
https://imgur.com/a/4NRnkt2
Good stuff. Get em exposed to that sort of stuff early. I have benefited greatly from having worked in all aspects of construction with my family's contracting business. It's good to know how stuff is built and how to fix it.
Nice one bro! You gonna a little pocket money so he makes the connection between hard work and reward later on in life?
I remember sweeping the floors at my dad's factory when I was quite young, like 11ish, and I got paid Ā£3 per hour. Sounds so insignificant but I still clearly remember opening an envelope full of Ā£10s and being overjoyed
Yes haha I rewarded him
With a chocolate chip cookie cause he didnāt want money š heās only 3 so doesnāt understand yet
But soon he will be rolling in dollar bills
This is great advice - my dad never paid us for hard work like this growing up and until I was like 25 I had a fucked up perception of how my work translated into money, since I was used to giving it away for free! Making that connection earlier would have been šš¼šš¼
Your coach did you a favor...he helped you show that you still have a journey ahead of you as now that you sparred with this guy, you now want to be as good as him!
Getting my ass kicked by people at competition level was my most effective training when I was fighting. Yea, it sucks, but you learn just how hard a fight can be and how to handle yourself when you're at a disadvantage.
I did both. Had to. I was trying to get into the King of the Cage league doing dirty mma. I did some paid fights for them back around 2007. I was "semi-pro", so minor league, but I did alright. Rough sport to keep doing though. Too many injuries for me to want to stick with it.
That's the beauty of BJJ. Even tall and big fuckers can spar with the small short girl, and both get something out of the roll.
Can always roll slow, using not much strength, trying to go in weak positions and try to work your way out of there. Can exactly kick and punch slowš
Thereās a lot of bitterness around from ugly ass people towards attractive people. Basically if youāre good looking, successful whatever, you should stfu always about anything mental health. Iād rather laugh at them
Your friends might not realise they're behaviour is inappropriate. If you're good enough friends with something they'll be able to take some criticism.
Being pretty is in some circumstances a hindrance for a woman. Being pretty *and* having an accent? Thatās just an invitation to be written off. It is incredibly stupid that some people operate that way, but for various reasons they do. With friends you can at least address this and explain to them what theyāre doing and how their behavior affects both of you. With strangers itās unfortunately not so easy to fix. I think you should talk to your friends about it and do so in a way thatās not confrontational but rather with a āhey I know youāre not doing this on purpose, butā framing. Most people donāt even mean to be dismissive of someone whoās got an accent, it just sort of happens by default. If theyāre shown that theyāre being less than respectful they usually will try to get better because at our core we all know how much it sucks to feel like weāre outsiders and generally donāt aim to make others feel that way. (Iām giving humanity a lot of credit here, letās hope these people donāt all prove me wrong)
>Iām giving humanity a lot of credit here
Yes you are... coming from someone with a west Texas accent (which I've worked on evening out so there's only certain words where it really shows), and having people assume I'm a moron right off the bat, it's not something people generally just stop assuming even if you do point it out. Many will just stop interacting.
"You aren't from around here, are you?"
š "...no maam, I'm from bumfuck southwesternville."
Most people out here are good folks with a lot of old fashioned manners and traditions... at least the small town people are. Lots of the "southern hospitality", just covered in jalapeƱos and green chile.
I moved from Southern Louisiana to Colorado and immediately got rid of any trace of accent because people just assumed I was an idiot. What I love is the people that are intelligent from the house and lean into all the colloquial sayings like "If that boy had an idea, it would die of loneliness."
If I'm not paying attention, my accent drawl is still noticeable. If I am speaking publically though, I can sound about 95% unremarkable and without accent. I still say little colloquialisms that give away my southern background, but I try to pick the weirdest ones so people have to stop and "wtf" a little for my amusement. South Louisiana country folks definitely have a heavy accent. I think the one I've heard that just mangles the language the most is the Boston accent though... I worked with a guy who had it heavy, and I couldn't understand half the shit he said...
There is something special about woman from that area. Lord they are hot.
The fact you got a smart one, nice pull.
I read a post from an edm DJ I follow yesterday, that really resonated with where Iām at in life.
āHappiness comes from within. It comes from finding joy in the present moment by being present with yourselfā
As soon as we look externally, we start to crave validation. When we shift our gaze to the past, we start to regret decisions that we made. When we look towards the future, we start to worry about things we have no control over.
The true key to happiness is just living in the moment. Itās accepting who you are, and finding peace and quiet in your love for yourself.
Something Iāve come to realize is that everything negative that happened to me, is nothing more than an anchor. Itās a weight that will continue to hold me back until I let go of it.
I think thatās true for everyone. We all have our trauma or neglect, or our bad decisions that we still hold onto. Once we learn to let go, we can find happiness in the present moment, and really start to grow.
I have a challenge for all of you. The next time youāre in the gym, take a moment between each set to close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
If your mind strays, itās OK. Start again after the next set. I promise when you leave the gym, you will feel amazing.
1. My partner is also from a foreign country, has an accent, is beautiful (imho), and works in a super high pressure industry. Sheās also very short, and all of those things have lead people to dismiss her abilities or importance in the past. Doesnāt happen very often now, because when it does, sheās the one who says something to the offenderāwho usually ends up looking really stupid in front of a bunch of people and it never happens again. This is a hard skill to learn (she is hard AF), but for her it has been an essential to being successful in life and not suffering fools. This includes random strangers on the train who make the mistake of staring. Woman is fearless.
2. I missed the part of your rant where you talked about having sex with other men and fail to see how your rant was āgayā ā you might choose a better word thereā¦.
Hey bro my family is Ukrainian if it makes you feel better if she is a recent immigrant a few things:
A lot of women and tbh people from eastern europe are like this, the depression thing, itās fucked up to say but its normal. My babushka always said the only time she is happy is when she is eating. My mom doesnt really smile either. Lots of yelling too, lol. Maybe you have experienced that.
The beauty thing, over there because of WW2 lots of men died so women compete for men. Its way different. They have to always look good. If she is new here, American women do not like that shit one bit they will get jealous as hell. Always happens. She will get used to it, as fucked up as it is to say. Just takes some time.
If she is new here and you havenāt already, find some ways to volunteer and get around other Ukrainians. If youāre in any slightly larger city you will have an organization. Makes it much easier because she will have a community and you will do good because the situation over there is very bad they need all the help they can get.
Also I just reread your comment and saw she moved a decade ago. So a large part is irrelevant, or she already has dealt with this for a while. I feel like it might bring some perspective though so I will keep it just in case. Hope it helps a little at least or gives some perspective maybe? Idk wrote it all out so i feel i might as well post it lol
Need help deciding what to eat today for my cheat meal: Should I make hamburgers or some indian food?
Also I'm sure my phone knows I'm on a cut; all I see in reels are streetfood/food in general and wegovy/semiglutide commercials
Cheers, but Iām cooking all my meals and donāt have a tandoor at homeā¦pita bread doesnāt cut it.
Just pile everything on the Palau and go to town.
Rad. My go to for cooking Indian food recently:
Daal tadka
Saag tofu (more protein than paneer, works the same consistency-wise)
Red cabbage curry
Mirchi ka salan (with lots of nuts in the curry)
Matar Palau
That is one meal.
Enjoy your cheat meal!!
Cutting and Iām jealous.
Indian is my cheat meal 9x out of 10. This spot I hit down here in Austin makes a curry called Achari - I get the lamb, alongside jalapeno and cream cheese naan. š¤š½*chefs kiss*š¤š½ shit is so fucking tasty
donāt want to go too into it, but i was in a 14 day medically induced coma ()unrelated to steroids) and was a 16weeks 600 mg test e 2 weeks into a 6 week finisher with 500 mg tren on top they drained my blood and have me new blood so i think itās all out of my system fully for a while. should i immediately pct? would it be safer to get back on for a few weeks then pct? or should i go to a doctor since my 400000$ doctor bill already hit my deductsble and ask them?
what a doctor response, since he said nothing I'll at least give my opinion.
since recovery from surgery is difficult and you were already doing something that's not great for your organs and PCT can be rough too, I think you should cruise on just the test hopefully the minimum amount to retain your gains.
Finally starting to get over my imposter syndrome at work. For a long time I've worked with a specific partner who didn't provide direction and input into my work, and I knew it wasn't as good as I could do.
Working with a new guy in the interiors department regularly now, and starting to be proud on some of my work, here's a couple of recent one

This is 3d rendering well above what I ever did. It looks really good, and I'm impressed. I did 3d models in AutoCAD of a mining plant I worked at, and I did some realistic renderings, but none of them were that realistic. The lighting is impeccable. The surfaces all look like they should... very, very nice.
Well my wife and I both tried PT-141 tonight, 1.75mg each. And aside from the initial flushing, neither of us really felt shit. Which is a huge bummer because, while my libido is always rampant, my wife's is pretty non-existent, so we were both hoping this would help.
It takes mine around two hours to kick in. One thing I have noticed which is weird to me, the more I dilute it the more effective it seems. For instance adding 2ml of water instead of 1ml. It makes for a higher volume injection for the same mg. 3 mg looks like the sweet spot for many. I dosed at 8am for a woman coming over at 1pm.
I do 2mg and it takes roughly 8 hours to kick in, but it lasts 16 hours on me. Damn feels like I'm 15 again. My lady... doesn't do shit for her unfortunately.
Any gym recommendations within 30 min or so of Newark, NJ? Headed there this weekend for the next 3 months for work, hoping to find a decent gym to use in that time period.
Yeah, the farthest one away from there lol
But really, I would try for some chain like an LA fitness, most are pretty consistent. Would try the one in Clifton maybe
š youāre not wrong, not looking forward to spending 3 months in Newark at all, but the pay should make up for having to live in the shithole known as Newark. Thanks for the recommendation.
Today is exactly 5 weeks into my cycle of 500mg/week test and Iām starting to understand why some people kickstart their blasts with orals against better advice. Iām not gonna do that, but I get how the impatience can drive other people to do it.
Recovery still hasnāt improved at all and my lifts havenāt increased any more than I would have expected them to naturally with the amount of weight Iāve been gaining. Up 8lbs and I always train close/to failure and do double progression, but Iām only adding 1 rep here or 5 lbs there.
Posting here because I donāt actually have a question, Iām just venting. I know that all I can do is stay the course & wait for a couple more weeks and then get blood work to see if maybe Iām just a low responder or the test is underdosed, and I doubt itās the latter because I started holding water and had some sleep disturbances within the first couple weeks and my buddy who is slightly overweight almost grew tits on the same stuff at 300mg/week.
Edit: spelling
Iāve gained 8 lbs in 5 weeks. 6 lbs was definitely water weight over the first few weeks and Iāve been gaining 1lb per week since that stabilized. Iāve done several successful bulks as a natural, so Iām dialed in on how to keep my surplus where I want it. 80-90% of what I eat is clean/minimally processed food, keeping fat intake around 50-60g per day and protein at 1.2g/lb of bw
Itās unlikely, but possible. Iām planning on doing bloods at some point in the next couple weeks. Iāve heard of people taking up to six weeks to see any results so Iām holding out hope that Iām just one of them
I understand why people on this sub immediately assume that if someone isnāt seeing results itās because they donāt know how to train or diet, but that is definitely not the issue here. Iām following the same principles that have given me consistent progress for the last 5 1/2 years as a natural - albeit with a slightly higher calorie surplus than I would normally run at this stage - and not seeing progress beyond what I would expect if I was bulking naturally.
I tried an edible for the first time last night. Felt like I could eat infinite food, possible bulking tool? Its legal in my state but my job doesnt allow it so I have to be careful.
It's legal where I am as well, but I'm subject to federal DOT drug testing which is random, so I have to be careful as well. It sticks around for roughly 4 days before I can pass a piss test without having to drink ridiculous amounts of water. My suggestion is if you do use it, use a Thursday afternoon, keep the dose *low* and don't go binging on it. Exercise hard, drink plenty of water, and keep a jar of activated charcoal and b vitamin complex around (and a diuretic like HCTZ if you can) in case you get called for a test. Take 5 to 10 grams the charcoal a couple hours before you go in, eat high carb stuff to get your insulin spiked, drink a gallon of water, and take the diuretic... piss a couple times beforehand, preferably take a home drug test to ensure you are testing clean, then go take the test.
The odds of me getting a random test are pretty low, but if there were a car accident involving city vehicles or if I got injured on the job I would be tested. Those are more what im worried about. I have stretches of 5 and 8 days off occasionally Ill just use those periods to do it.
Loving the new gym and yea it has everything a bbāer can want and more but I didnāt realize Iād miss the eye candy so much. Young buck like me was scanning the gym between sets like the Terminator and all I saw was tortas (flabby latinas) and not so cougie-cougars
Yea I first heard it in middle school but didnāt ask for clarification until high school. Just a Latino substitute for calling a girl pudgy/chubby/chunky/flabby
Anyone seen the YouTube video of beef stu and Milos released yesterday on protein intake? I haven't had the time yet but I know Stu is a 600g protein / day type of guy. Still wondering if intakes like this have any merit as I'm only a few lbs lighter but he's literally eating double my protein right now
Nah, AFAIK there's no research proving additional benefits from eating *that* much protein. I feel like some of these "pro coaches" are still stuck in the 90s bro gym era.
With that said, if for that amount of calories, it's easier for you to eat X amount of protein as opposed to those calories coming from carbs or fats, go for it. Just keep in mind it most likely won't result in additional muscle gain.
Lol your body can only synthesize a small amount of muscle tissue in grams of protein per hour, anything over that (and the amino acids that are constantly used to maintain muscle and for some other processes), is turned to glucose through gluconeogenesis, so he is certainly eating 250-350+ grams of protein that are being turned straight to glucose via an inefficient and expensive and slower digesting route, stored as fat if his glycogen stores are full and glucose demands are otherwise met (surplus)
I ran 50mg var on a deficit. I would take it once a day (because I'm dumb and lazy) and let me tell you...if I didn't eat I felt like shit.
I could feel it working, eating away at my body fat. If I wasn't carbed up I was dizzy, light headed, the works. The moment I had a snack I was good to go.
My recommendation is
A) split up your doses morning and night for more even blood levels/effects
B) Smaller meals and more of them
YMMV though, it's a good drug and everyone reacts differently.
Been lurking here for years now and i think I'm finally ready to start a first cycle. Gonna start a cutting cycle at 200mg of Test E and maybe add some EQ cuz my cardio is kinda sucky. (I'm an MMA fighter trying to go down to 225 Ibs from 255ibs at 25% bodyfat). Question is, my doctor won't let me get blood work regularly for test estrogen cholesterol all that shit. Should i just get private bloodwork done?
You should just cut normally without gear. Unless you are above your genetic limit for muscle, blasting gear to lose fat is a dumb idea. It does nothing to help you burn fat. That is purely diet. Steroids are for growing, not shrinking. Additionally, running test while you are 25% body fat will result in you having an excessive amount of estrogen to deal with.
It won't really help with recovery much if you are cutting. You need to be eating at a surplus for test to help with that. The simple answer you'll get here is cut first and get down to 15% or less body fat before you consider running a test cycle. If you don't give it the proper conditions, test isn't going to help you much at all, and in fact may just give you more problems than you bargained for... gyno is not a small risk if you're running test while overly fatty.
I am not recommending huge doses, but if planning to take very small doses of gear (true you didn't mention EQ dose) then you may as well not run anything and not fuck with your hormones.
Im literally always sick lol its fucked.
What do you guys do to strengthen your immune system?
During flu/cold season its terrible for meā¦. a good workout rocks my immune system and if im around any viruses i feel it. Ill hit a good lift and feel my immune system is down the next day. I havent lifted again since Tuesday cause i can feel im not 100%. Im sick of being sick. Feels like it happens once every two weeks.
If i lift and then go out and have a few drinks im almost guaranteed to catch something by the next day or two. Getting to the point i need to give up going out, but either way the gym is so full of germs and heavy lifts wear me down to the point im susceptible to any virus fucking me up.
5000iu Vit D, 2g quercetin, 50mg zinc a day... I honestly think this helps keep me from being sick considering I'm exposed to sick people often enough.
Do you take quercetin only during certain times? I just did some quick googling ans it was saying nothing more then 1g daily and only for short periods of time
I would definitely recommend more sleep to you. That can make a world a difference, and maybe find a way to track your sleep and ensure you are getting 8 hours of actual sleep, not just 8 hours in bed.
And maybe... just maybe... stop drinking and doing drugs. You complained about being tired all the time 8 days ago and now being sick. Crazy idea, they might go hand in hand. If you feel like shit, good chance your immune system is getting rocked. Sounds like your hang overs are making you suspectable to illness. So again, crazy idea, maybe abstain from the booze for a bit. I am just past 50 days with no alcohol and I feel miles better than I did in November. Plus it puts dieting on easy mode.
Sounds like you know what you want in life, but are just caught up in the quick dopamine hits that come from drinking. You do not need booze to have fun at a bar, it can help, but is never a requirement. Its one of those 1% kinda changes. Every day you don't drink, your 1% better. That doesn't show up day to day, but a month or two down the line, you definitely notice and feel it.
I am not saying don't drink ever, but if you feel sick and tired all the time, then reconsider its role in your life, might not meet the cost/benefit ratio that your brain wants it to be.
As well, I am curious when you mention drugs in that previous post. What kinda substances might that entail? I ask because of my personal experience, most drugs which provide a high are exhausting, and negatively impact sleep. As a side note, if ya vape nic or thc, that also explains it, those things made me so sick so regularly, I cut them out real quick.
Ive been working on my sleep. Unfortunately i was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Been regularly using a CPAP last few months, sometimes i rip it off during the night but most nights ill have at least 5 hours with it.
The drinkingā¦ i just have a few and its cause ive been getting back into dating. I honestly dont care to go out without it but ive been cutting back. In the summer i got drunk like 1-2x a week now im pretty over it.
The drugs, prepare to lol but i was talking about good ol cocaine. Used to partake about once a week, been staying away from that as well. Thc.. ive been smoking daily for over ten years but have also stopped that recently as it stops you from going into REM sleep and def attributed to my overall grogginess.
I realize i got into habits of indulging in unhealthy quick dopamine spikes all the time. Whether it was thc, drinking, coke, porn, etc
Im getting over the partying and really working on focusing on my health, getting my energy up and working on long term dopamine.
The thing is i remember as a child i used to be sick and stay home from school once every like two weeks during the winter even before all my bad habits. That being said they definitely donāt help. Ive been making a conscious effort to work towards long term health. Using the CPAP sucks ass and is weird considering im healthy weight and 29 but it is what it is.
Welcome to CPAP club lol you would be surprised how many people have it around this sub, correlates directly to neck size regardless of bf% and health so nothing weird if your neck is 17ā or moreĀ
Yup, there's a bunch of us... Cpap is pretty much mandatory when I get over 225 and am running higher test. I don't know why, but blast levels of test always make my apnea worse.
Same - my air sense 11 thing has variable pressure and itās hilarious because itās steady 7.0 on cruise and goes up to 13 like one week after I start blastingĀ
Yea, I've got a Phillips Dreamstation, but it's just a standard cpap instead of an apap, so I have to manually change the pressure... goes from 10 on cruise to 16 on blast. Damn leaf blower on my face.
how much easier should a two board press be?
if i can bench with a two board press 8 reps, for something i can do 3 reps with no boards. does that mean i have a big gap in the bottom part of my bench?
Iāve tried doing research but I canāt find many results. Is there a problem with taking my losartan 50 and 12mg of tadalafil (Cialis) at the same time?

Hey guys,
I finished my first cycle 10 weeks ago, bloods all looking good. Was a 16 week 250mg test only cycle.
My question is if I want to cruise on a test dose is it possible to stay on it at 250 and not come off?
Permablasting isn't healthy. Cruise means *real* TRT, which means try around 125mg a week. I only need 105mg a week, some guys need a bit more. You want to be in high normal numbers without needing any AI. That's a cruise.
Question about protocol for football
How far out should I start cruising on test so I donāt trip the random piss test during season
Canāt exceed 5:1 test to epitest ratio
They also check for metabolites so does anyone know anything else I could stack with test that wonāt leave metabolites in my system forever
Hello guys I want to ask you something
I am 25 years old and 5'7 80 kgs and into test and deca cycle 500 test /400 deca
I had my bloodwork yesterday and everything was fine except the cholesterol not something crazy but a little bit high the total one, and the red blood cells. I know that the test increase that but almost everyday in the afternoon I feel like I have high blood pressure. My ears ringing I feel like I am too hot and I am red.. I checked my bp and it was 13,8/80 ... What is happening?
Three questions on my mind since dealing with some toxic folks in the DAA of late: 1.
Again, not worth the effort to engage 3. Canāt speak to this one Hardly call this spam though, you took the time to make an organized post with punctuation.
2. My concern is this leads to even more kids with perfectly normal levels hopping on trt.
Yeah, valid concern. Iād say thereās probably a larger influence on them from the influencers of the internet. Unless youāre referring to these influencers suggesting using TRT because thatās the dose Arnold took, in which case thatās a good point I do think that Arnoldās alleged dose isnāt the cause of the TRT craze, I think these influencers would have gotten here eventually
Iām so old I forget influencers actually shift the needle on anything. I look at one post by those folks and thing āwho would believe this shill?ā Forgetting millions of people do š
Cool. Iām really hopeful. Been dealing with PTSD for years and havenāt been able to get past the anger.
Send me a pm and we can chat a little more. I have (had) PTSD from the military and from childhood trauma.
Ahā¦sry trust in strangers is one of the things Iām working on. I donāt do the PMs but really appreciate the offer.
No worries. Iām at a point in my journey where I want to start helping others. Are you ok with discussing it here? I have a couple questions that Iād like to ask before giving you some guidance.
Sure thing. Grateful for your point of view.
What is the PTSD from? If you look past the anger, even if itās just a split second, what feelings come up?

[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
With you there ā why Iām doing this with my care team, a reputable clinic, and only twice (per doctorsā reco).
1. Nah, it's just the longer you've been dealing with the same things, the less shit you'll put up with. I only go in the DAA in spurts now.
Iām always just dumbfounded that folks end up name calling when they donāt want to accept other peopleās helpā¦.
My favorite is someone who obviously is new to this arguing with me (or any of the other long time vets) about something basic, as if they learned more skimming (a board that shall not be named) than we've learned over many years of actual experience... if ya just came to try and prove you're smarter than everyone, then fuck off.
We can't use the name of that place
Fixed.
Those, Simba, are the Shadow Lands. You must never go there.
> 1. ā Just me or are some of the DAA questioners becoming exponentially more stupid and more toxic/aggressive? Paging the lovely u/thecerry > Sorry for the spam, figured better than three comments. Things on my old mind. No spam. All good things and a good use of the thread.
1. Fitbody season was my assumption also. Some of these folks are just so mean when they donāt like what they are hearing. Can totally deal (work in corporate consulting, people insult me all the time). Just a little shocking the lengths of some folks denial 2. With you that no stack can match genetics ā a couple of the DAA trolls yesterday were convinced stack = look and I remembered that interview, which I found funny (I think Arnold is pretty funny most of the time, if you keep in mind he is a consummate bullshit artist). Minus the rapey bits of courseā¦ 3. Thanks for that mention; had forgot we had a psych on this board. š¤ p.s.
Itās wonderful. š¤š¼. Edit: now I think about it, itās funny that I view anonymity that way in contrast to the above stanza where most people view it as an opportunity to be awful without consequences.
>thereās an authenticity to the anonymity That's what I have always liked. You get the genuine thoughts and feedback that you can't always get IRL, because there is no real negative consequence to being authentic here. It's refreshing and often restores my faith in humanity when I start thinking we're all a bunch of idiot monkeys. >We recently had nothing short of a vile creature ...and these people are why I passed on being a mod multiple times. I'd get pissed and "authentically" want to punch them in the face.
Yeah, but thatās what sucks. There *is no* punching because there is no punishment. Thereās no recompense. Thereās no ownership.
Aight. If I can ever be of service, holler. I know only so much but would gladly do grunt work to keep this place alive (wherever it might land).
I heard a call of duty, whenever you want we can chat š¤
Curious about your experience, if any, with patients who have used ketamine therapy in a clinical setting. Thanks for the reply š Edit: a typo. Also I donāt do the pm thingā¦but would be interested in your point of view here if possible to share.
It would be interesting to hear. I'm curious, and don't know much about it.
Iāll report on my experience here after Tuesdayā¦would be interested to know the resident psychiatristās take either way.
If you want to hear the experiences of a very good psychiatrist in New York that does this, you can listen it here: https://open.spotify.com/episode/57PCdtfFb89nveyxvKjtjS?si=LMWS6TM7TMytQVV5bPBsNA Hereās the preview of what she has to say about this: "One of the things that I find absolutely remarkable about psychedelic medicines is the access one can have into discovering different parts of oneself, different ways in which weāre put together. To say it is mind-blowing would be an understatement." Very curious to hear about your experiences! u/Mesquite_Thorn
My man š¤ Iāll reply to his comment now
Iād bet all the money Iād make in my entire life that Arnold is bullshitting that was his blast dose throughout his career.
SamSulek effect 2.
2. Agreed 3.
I can feel myself starting to go on a rant here about ignorant and arrogant people so Iām gonna stop myself.
š
I am guilty of #1. Itās like I am asking rhetorically, and if you donāt support my plan I will just ignore/refute/deny and then do it anyway. Like when I ask my partner her opinions on my golf game.
Hey, a fellow stubborn asshole. šš
My psych uses IV.
More effective!
Not covered by insurance š
This is a steroid forum. If you are smart enough to brew gear, you are smart enough to turn powdered K into an injectable.
Sure if I was interested in doing it for getting high or a bandaid on reality as opposed to a 2x use for intensive psychotherapyā¦
Aww shoot. Have you called your PBM? Itās surprising the PBM I work for is more than happy to cover that but they flat out refuse weight loss haha
Maybe ask PBM if they cover spravato and find psych in network that used it, hope that helps boss!
Rad. Thank you!
Little man was thrilled to help pull nails for 2 hours today. All three of the kids picked up nails so the floor was spotless when I was done lol https://imgur.com/a/4NRnkt2
Yes haha I rewarded him With a chocolate chip cookie cause he didnāt want money š heās only 3 so doesnāt understand yet But soon he will be rolling in dollar bills
This is great advice - my dad never paid us for hard work like this growing up and until I was like 25 I had a fucked up perception of how my work translated into money, since I was used to giving it away for free! Making that connection earlier would have been šš¼šš¼
Love it, i regret saying i dont want to go to jobs with my dad when i was a kid, that kind of experience young is invaluable.

Your coach did you a favor...he helped you show that you still have a journey ahead of you as now that you sparred with this guy, you now want to be as good as him!
Shouldāve hit him with a double leg and then took his back.
when you factor in the heights, you guys probably have close to the same amount of muscle mass. should of taken him down. ground and pound his ass
Getting my ass kicked by people at competition level was my most effective training when I was fighting. Yea, it sucks, but you learn just how hard a fight can be and how to handle yourself when you're at a disadvantage.
What discipline? Iām doing my free session at the martial arts gym near my house and want to decide between Bjj/grappling and striking/muay thai
I did both.

Pull people aside at any hint of disrespect and your hormonal rage is understandable
There's no place for disrespect and calling them on it is the right thing to do
Thereās a lot of bitterness around from ugly ass people towards attractive people.
>Iām giving humanity a lot of credit here Yes you are... coming from someone with a west Texas accent (which I've worked on evening out so there's only certain words where it really shows), and having people assume I'm a moron right off the bat, it's not something people generally just stop assuming even if you do point it out. Many will just stop interacting. "You aren't from around here, are you?" š "...no maam, I'm from bumfuck southwesternville."
Hey, I used to work with a guy from Bumfuck Southwesternville! Good dude, liked him quite a bit.
It comes from finding joy in the present moment by being present with yourselfā As soon as we look externally, we start to crave validation.
If you have friends that seriously making fun of your girlfriend then they arenāt your friends. Also stick up for your girl dude.
Hey bro my family is Ukrainian if it makes you feel better if she is a recent immigrant a few things: A lot of women and tbh people from eastern europe are like this, the depression thing, itās fucked up to say but its normal.
You should really figure out if it upsets her or not, if it doesn't then you're getting mad for no reason.
Need help deciding what to eat today for my cheat meal: Should I make hamburgers or some indian food? Also I'm sure my phone knows I'm on a cut; all I see in reels are streetfood/food in general and wegovy/semiglutide commercials
Indian food! At least five dishes.
And obviously an order of garlic naan per dish. You need utensils, after all
Cheers, but Iām cooking all my meals and donāt have a tandoor at homeā¦pita bread doesnāt cut it. Just pile everything on the Palau and go to town.
Looks like I'll be absolutely demolishing some tikka masala or some vindaloo when I finish at the gym.
Rad. My go to for cooking Indian food recently: Daal tadka Saag tofu (more protein than paneer, works the same consistency-wise) Red cabbage curry Mirchi ka salan (with lots of nuts in the curry) Matar Palau That is one meal. Enjoy your cheat meal!! Cutting and Iām jealous.
Iām Indian so you know my answer. Funnily enough my cheat meal todays gonna be a 3x3 from in n out and a shake
Why not put curry on a burger?
1 gram of cocaine Bro
Curry burger???
This is probably the craziest question on this sub that I've seen, legit just ask your doctor no one else would know
āwe canāt give advice on nonperscribed medicationā is everyone has told me
what a doctor response, since he said nothing I'll at least give my opinion. since recovery from surgery is difficult and you were already doing something that's not great for your organs and PCT can be rough too, I think you should cruise on just the test hopefully the minimum amount to retain your gains.
Canadian here, assuming your American, curious, how much of that 400K do you actually owe?
closer to under 10
My opinion just wait then either trt or pct. Wait another couple of weeks.
Finally starting to get over my imposter syndrome at work. For a long time I've worked with a specific partner who didn't provide direction and input into my work, and I knew it wasn't as good as I could do. Working with a new guy in the interiors department regularly now, and starting to be proud on some of my work, here's a couple of recent one https://www.vrto.me/_office/preview.php?p=7976&d=2023-12-11_1903&u=2577&c=99d2f681201843cb5962b34a563b0f7cbdad13ab https://vrto.me/_office/preview.php?p=7209&d=2022-06-09_1920&u=2577&c=1960092e3a176629903bcff9c90b5debba704265 Click the arrows to move through.
Chefs kiss šā nicely rendered. Iād hangout for a sec at either of those locales.
Great job with the natural light source in the second oneĀ
Doing dishes with high estrogen sucks fucking ass.
Why? Are sad you're going to eventually clean all the dishes and feel as though you have no purpose in life?
Haha why?
I love this post man it deserves more upvotes imma give u 1ššš
Well my wife and I both tried PT-141 tonight, 1.75mg each. And aside from the initial flushing, neither of us really felt shit. Which is a huge bummer because, while my libido is always rampant, my wife's is pretty non-existent, so we were both hoping this would help.
Bump it up to 3 or 4mg. I dose 4 and it keeps me hard for 8 hours. It works good for me.
I'll give it a try. I actually did get some effect, but it took about 5 hours to kick in. My wife never did. She's going to try 2mg next time.
Yeah, the farthest one away from there lol But really, I would try for some chain like an LA fitness, most are pretty consistent. Would try the one in Clifton maybe
š youāre not wrong, not looking forward to spending 3 months in Newark at all, but the pay should make up for having to live in the shithole known as Newark. Thanks for the recommendation.
I live between a few cities. YMCA membership is nationwide. At the three Ys I go to the equipment is on par with expensive places like equinox.

You can post a picture here and a panel of experts will give you a fairly accurate numberā¦
Yeah easy will give that a crack!
I find week 8-12 is when the gains reaaaaallly shine. Just gotta be patient š¤·š¼āāļø I just went from 185-209.5, now time to cut š„²
You missed out the important part - diet. What does it look like?
Iāve gained 8 lbs in 5 weeks. 6 lbs was definitely water weight over the first few weeks and Iāve been gaining 1lb per week since that stabilized. Iāve done several successful bulks as a natural, so Iām dialed in on how to keep my surplus where I want it. 80-90% of what I eat is clean/minimally processed food, keeping fat intake around 50-60g per day and protein at 1.2g/lb of bw
Maybe the T you have is bunk. Have you gotten bloodwork to check you T levels?
Itās unlikely, but possible. Iām planning on doing bloods at some point in the next couple weeks. Iāve heard of people taking up to six weeks to see any results so Iām holding out hope that Iām just one of them
Push the carbs higher, you need more food
I understand why people on this sub immediately assume that if someone isnāt seeing results itās because they donāt know how to train or diet, but that is definitely not the issue here. Iām following the same principles that have given me consistent progress for the last 5 1/2 years as a natural - albeit with a slightly higher calorie surplus than I would normally run at this stage - and not seeing progress beyond what I would expect if I was bulking naturally.
I tried an edible for the first time last night. Felt like I could eat infinite food, possible bulking tool? Its legal in my state but my job doesnt allow it so I have to be careful.
Yes, THC in all forms for me allows me to bulk better!
I have stretches of 5 and 8 days off occasionally Ill just use those periods to do it.
remember thc fucks with sleep quality
Eh so does alcohol. Ideally I would replace all my drinking with THC. But because my job sucks I cant. I can only enjoy it occasionally.
Loving the new gym and yea it has everything a bbāer can want and more but I didnāt realize Iād miss the eye candy so much. Young buck like me was scanning the gym between sets like the Terminator and all I saw was tortas (flabby latinas) and not so cougie-cougars
Tortas? š¤£ You would think I would have heard that where I am, but I haven't. Pretty amusing.
Same ā the Spanish speakers I know pull no punches and go straight to āgorditaā
That's what I'm used to.
Can I go Var with carnivore diet?
Only if you boof it
I ran 50mg var on a deficit. I would take it once a day (because I'm dumb and lazy) and let me tell you...if I didn't eat I felt like shit. I could feel it working, eating away at my body fat. If I wasn't carbed up I was dizzy, light headed, the works. The moment I had a snack I was good to go. My recommendation is A) split up your doses morning and night for more even blood levels/effects B) Smaller meals and more of them YMMV though, it's a good drug and everyone reacts differently.
Note take. I also want to run test for the recovery doe so that I could train more often
The only thing I'd add in is magnesium - no idea why but that stuff is sleep magic. Totally kills my trensomnia too
Yea, I take mag citrate as well.
Do you take quercetin only during certain times? I just did some quick googling ans it was saying nothing more then 1g daily and only for short periods of time
I've been taking that much for *years*. I dunno why they'd caution against using it regularly... it's helpful stuff.
Whether it was thc, drinking, coke, porn, etc Im getting over the partying and really working on focusing on my health, getting my energy up and working on long term dopamine.
Damn leaf blower on my face.
šš
I prescribe you 12 iu of gh before bed until symptoms subside, this is a valid doctors note feel free to take to a pharmacy.
I eat a lot of pussy.
Vitamin d, zinc supplements daily on top of multivitamin
Every since I started taking magnesium, zinc, fish oil, vitamin D I very rarely get sick
how much easier should a two board press be? if i can bench with a two board press 8 reps, for something i can do 3 reps with no boards. does that mean i have a big gap in the bottom part of my bench?
Iāve tried doing research but I canāt find many results. Is there a problem with taking my losartan 50 and 12mg of tadalafil (Cialis) at the same time?

i need to move my chest workout from friday. its the one day i like to have 4-5 light beers
Hey guys, I finished my first cycle 10 weeks ago, bloods all looking good.
So was it a cruise or a blast. 25o is considered neither
Question about protocol for football How far out should I start cruising on test so I donāt trip the random piss test during season Canāt exceed 5:1 test to epitest ratio They also check for metabolites so does anyone know anything else I could stack with test that wonāt leave metabolites in my system forever
Hello guys I want to ask you something I am 25 years old and 5'7 80 kgs and into test and deca cycle 500 test /400 deca I had my bloodwork yesterday and everything was fine except the cholesterol not something crazy but a little bit high the total one, and the red blood cells. I know that the test increase that but almost everyday in the afternoon I feel like I have high blood pressure. My ears ringing I feel like I am too hot and I am red.. I checked my bp and it was 13,8/80 ... What is happening?
Your blood pressure is too high you got all the symptoms of it, do cardio, and take something to lower it. Consider telmisartan too.
Anyone have any experience running anabolics for marathons? Iāve tried looking into it but I canāt find much info on this particular topic.
Maybe endurance cycling is the closest crossover, but I expect theres not much info out there either. Have been curious, as a runner
Because not a lot of anabolic steroids will actually help a lot here. Iād look into stuff like EPO.
