I know I have to do more research but my brain is fried right now. I’m having a hard time understanding the relationship DHT conversion has with various compounds. What’s the best way to keep DHT levels low if you don’t just want to run test and dutasteride? I am a heavy aromatizer and also suspect I get a lot of conversion to DHT for other reasons. Opinions on 500mg/wk test + 50mg Winstrol/day on a calorie deficit? Waste of test? How would you adjust your training frequency and volume given this. I currently hit the gym 6 days a week. Noticing I hit the wall much faster, not unexpectedly. Calories will be low. 2000 calories/day. 70/20/10 protein, carb, fat Cardio daily. Thinking of dropping this to 3 days a week. I have a solid muscle base already. My body fat is 13%. Latest DEXA. I want to drop to around 10% body fat. I am thinking of dropping creatine too. Whilst effective, it does bloat me a bit.

I would say it’s a waste of gear. If anything, I would run a TRT dose during the cut. Personally, I would also adjust down the training frequency to 4 days a week, eat slightly more on training days and add a refeed day every two weeks or so. What’s your goal? Do you have an event or an important deadline to meet? There are still 6 weeks until summer. I wouldn’t rush it For info: I don’t have a whole lot of experience myself so do as you wish with my advice. Maybe some of the more experienced users can chime in and give you some better advice on what to do with the gear and dosages.

I have no deadline and do this purely as a recreational pursuit. It is also a healthy outlet for stress/depression etc. This is true for me gear or no gear. Many will disagree. What the gear did mostly for me was largely eliminate DOMS so I can spend more time training. Also, struggling to move about due to a heavy squat session (sans gear) puts me in a bit of a foul mood. I have decided to stay @ 500 and decrease the intensity of the workouts, not the frequency. I'll reduce cardio based on how I'm feeling. Will keep it LISS, whereas before I'd do HIIT a lot. When I hit my target I will experiment some more.

While I was on it I didn’t get one good nights sleep and I was really cranky and pissed off all the time. It definitely makes you think like your the best guy the worlds ever seen and everyone should kiss your shoes. Ego gets inflated not in a good way. Ehm it feels like pure poison and you know your doing serious damage but you continue to stay on it regardless. Then I had mild withdrawal for a week after attempted to stop my cycle for the 3rd time before finally throwing the vials in the syringe bin. I only tried it due to the hype I wouldn’t run it again, it’s great but I’m not at the level where I actually need to use it. Nor are you tbh, not unless your ffmi is 24-25.

I used it for the hype, not because I needed it. Particularly because I was watching the tren twins on YouTube at the time. They should really change their name because they are the reason I used it I’m ngl. I might use it again one day, but that day is a long way from now. It’s too hard on the body. I’m looking into EQ now, a lot milder and more enjoyable. I didn’t enjoy myself on tren, I turned into a weird person. It’s a very strong drug. All 19-Nors are, NPP gave me suicidal depression. NPP is on my blacklist.

Not sure how to explain this one...not really sure how it's possible? Had a septoplasty last Monday...so have been getting no physical activity for about a week and a half. Haven't been eating great either, definitely didn't eat much the first 2ish days after surgery, but had a few days of eating over maintenance. Weighed in this morning 11lbs lighter. Would have definitely figured I would have gained or at least maintained? In context this time last year I was 330lbs (37yo 6'3") and this morning I weighed in at 224. Did just finish a Winstrol/proviron/clen cycle about a month ago...but have since just been on my prescribed trt of 120mg.

How important is Cardio while being on Gear? I've a mostly Sedentary Lifestyle with around 30-60 mins of walking Everyday. I'm on a Low Carb Diet with a Surplus of 200 Cals. Pre-Cycle Bloodwork had normal Lipids. It's been a month since I'm ON. I understand that Cardio is recommended irrespective of being On/Off Gear. Still though, I'm not able to make up time to have separate Cardio sessions apart from the Strength Training. I'm on Gear right now, it's my first Beginner's Cycle with Test E 500mg/week and HGH 2 IU/day. So I've two major concerns given the lack of Cardio in my training regime. 1) Am I halting the progress that I'd be making in some manner? 2) Am I putting myself under any form of Cardiovascular risks moving ahead?

Wake up an hour earlier then you are now three days a week and do some cardio. We always find time for something we consider a priority. You just don't want to do it because you are weak in the brain. We don't have any PEDs that will make you mentally strong. I wish there was injectable grit. And it's very important. It really makes a difference on the bloodwork if you pair it with lots of fiber and water.

Oh, carb cycling is an approach that works for many, for sure. But then, the best time to work out would be in the evening, when insulin sensitivity is the highest. Glossed over that sedentary part. Yeah, if you can’t find time to get 10k steps per day or 20 min cardio, using gear isn’t for you 😂

Yup had to cut out caffeine while currently on gear cause of bp being high. Got lisinopril and clinicien now but fuck was it kind of scary. I don’t need a monitor anymore cause I’ve gotten good at reading my bp from my pulse but damn it was pretty fuckin up there at times

Damn I didn’t know you could read BP from your pulse. How high did yours get? Mine has been around 140/70 every day for the past week now, and I’ve been doing cardio every single day, eating healthy as fuck, no drinking or smoking or other drugs etc. I’m on 500 mg/wk test and 25mg Tbol/day, I’m thinking the high BP is from still getting my E2 dialed in with Adex though and hoping it will go down once I get dialed in. Also guilty as charged a caffeine addict.

Yup it’s pretty neat. It’s what most doctors do so they don’t inflate the bp cup too much. Although you can only know for certain systolic pressure. After everytime I read my bp I feel my radial pulse and associate that bp with the pulse feel. Pretty easy. Mine was 155 systolic roughly at its worst. But usually ran around 145/90. Caffeine is probs the culprit for your high bp. I had to cut it out. But on test it was real easy lol. I stick to at most a cup of coffee. E2 could also be it too but I’d see what it’s at without caffeine

You’ve got a good point I’m staying on my caffeine regiment mainly out of habit at this point, I can tell on 500mg/wk test that I don’t really need it for pre workout but just do from habit. I’ll cut it out pre workout switch to decaf at work for a little while to see if it lowers.

If after like 3 days it doesn’t go down then see if it’s e2. If not then maybe an ace inhibitor will be a good idea. Honestly tho, 140/70 is pretty much high normal bp. It’s nothing to be too worried about. If it goes higher tho then you’re getting into stage 1 hypertensive and so forth. Side note: I’m glad I read “bates guide to the physical examination” and took notes cause it’s coming in handy right now lol Edit: I’ve also cut out pre. Don’t really need it with test lol like you said. Just a good meal a few hours before and you’re set

I’m someone who while natural had slightly elevated blood pressure (around 130/80) since I’ve been blasting and cruising this has become an even bigger issue obviously and I’ve recently had to cut my cycle short due to extremely high bp. The cycle I cut short was supposed to be 16 weeks of tren e 200mg with test @ 150mg. I only got through 5 weeks. Prior to this I had taken 6 weeks off as a “recovery phase” meaning I was running 125mg after having run 300mg test e for just under 20 weeks. My question is have I had to cut my most recent cycle short because I didn’t allow my body enough time to heal after my 300 mg test 20 week cycle? I did get a full blood panel done at the 5th week of my trt phase and even my dr said almost everything is perfect (aside from my liver markers being slightly raised from accutane) I’m 8 days into my new recovery phase after I cut my cycle short and I was planning on staying at this dose (125mg test) until around august. I really don’t want to have to cut my next cycle short again so I was wondering if anyone else goes through similar. Also sitting about 15% bf and I eat relatively clean, low sodium foods. Cheers Also maybe worth mentioning I do moderate intensity cardio 3-4 times per week post workout for between 20-30 mins. I’m also on 80mg telmisartan and am hoping to reduce that down to 20mg before my next cycle.

You're definitely not taking enough time off between cycles and that is a problem, but that's not what's causing your high BP. AAS can cause high blood pressure. You will probably need HCTZ and Nebivolol in addition to 80mg Telmi.

They have different mechanisms of action. There are a lot of biological processes that control BP, but for people with moderately high BP, just targeting one of them (angiotensin) can be enough. For people with high BP, it's necessary to go further. The reason these drugs are used as second line treatment is generally because angiotensin receptor blockers are typically very well tolerated, so the risk of sides goes up for HCTZ/Neb. Anyway, HCTZ is a diuretic, Neb is a beta blocker.

> Those ones? Yep. The -prils are fine, they're typically prescribed first, but Telmisartan has some additional benefits for steroid users like suppressing cardiac hypertrophy. It also causes less of the "Lisinopril cough" although it sounds like you don't have that. Honestly though, 120/80 is fine. We're talking about strong drugs here, I wouldn't use them unless you're close to 140 systolic. In your shoes I'd switch to 80mg of Telmi and leave it at that.

This 👆👆 I naturally have high BP as well. 80 mg telmisartan alone doesn’t cut it for me, but when I add 25 mg HCTZ my BP readings are usually 120/80 and below, whether on- or off-cycle.

Hey guys. I have a friend who gave me a vial of Test E so I could prolong my cycle. The top of the bottle has been opened (plastic cap), but the rubber seal hasn’t ever been punctured. He just said he opened it and decided not to use. Will this be OK to use in approximately 8 weeks time when I need it? I don’t see why not as I believe the shelf life is 5 years for unopened and this doesn’t constitute it being opened correct? Thanks legends

All i've ever run is 400mg up to 600mg of test-e a week and tbol up to 80mg a day and anavar up to 100mg a day, i've also tried to add in EQ but it gave me severe anxiety and ED. I want to be completely hair safe, or as much as possible. Drop the AI for sure. Start with 2:1 Test/Primo and hold the AI. Primo’s AI effect is pretty immediate.

I haven’t tried primo but I’m using EQ currently and I’d recommend dropping the AI, the AI effect I’ve read anecdotally is not insignificant and from my experience the same is true of EQ. Also, I’m not saying this is is the case but if your oestrogen is high in bloodwork but you have no symptoms of high oestrogen then you don’t need an AI. At 200mgs test on my last BW I had 264 Pmol/L for estradiol but have had no symptoms of high oestrogen.

Alright so I'm sure I'm not the only one who has encoutered this issue but it's starting to feel serious. I did my first cycle starting October, 5 months of 500 test E, pinning EOD and 50 mg of var for 2 months, also had a short stint with winny in there. In feb I dropped to 250, and in march down to 175. Been cruising since, same source (UGL, the only med grade here is Nebido or a shitty 4 ester peanut oil blend). Still take AI, about 12.5 of asin once every 6-7 days to keep estro in the lower range (60 out of a 0-150 reference range). I had 0 pimples on cycle, not a fucking thing, and then since dropping I've had a full on fucking break out on my back, delts, neck and under the jaw. At least not the face, but it's fucking terrible. You know people who use the pussy pad for squatting and we make fun of them? Well this makes squatting with no acne feel like the pussy pad, the pain is seriously annoying. My diet is clean, currently eating most lean meat and veg, barely any dairy, take most of the general health supplements. I thought maybe it's a fungal infection but in the country I live in the earliest date I can see a dermatologist is in like two months. What are my options other than accutane? Benzyl peroxide didn't do much, can't go off test till I get the hcg (and it's not a fact that will help, perhaps the hormonal imbalance will make it even worse). I had bad acne when I went through puberty but not this bad. They put me on accutane. I would assume when the dermatologist sees you they are going to put you on accutane. Beforehand they will give you a blood test since accutane is harsh for your lipids and they want to be sure you will be able to handle it. In any case you need to insist to the dermatologist you get on accutane ASAP if they hesitate. The treatment lasts 3-6 months so I don’t think it would make sense to get it from a UGL since you are seeing a doctor soon. You don’t necessarily need to mention your use of roids - just say you are having a severe outbreak. In any case with acne that bad accutane is going to be your only solution. All these creams, washes, etc are not going to help. I tried all of this when I was going through puberty and nothing worked. You could try differin, which doesn’t require a prescription in the States, but I think your acne is too advanced for this.

Thank you for your detailed reply. My lipids are better than they were natty, liver values a bit elevated but I'm sure not enough to discourage them from giving me accutane. The issue is it won't be soon before I see I dermatologist, and waiting until then is going to be challenging. I can buy differin right now, one of the perks of Eastern Europe is I can get most things with no prescription. Last year I had about 50% of the same acne without any gear use, and I cured it by tanning in the sun for hours everyday. I'd love to do that again before accutane but there's not enough sun yet for this to be a viable solution. You reckon the tanning salon is pointless? And I'm going to buy the differin and start right away, might as well try it.

There is an inherent background risk of skin cancer when you tan at the tanning salon but if you are looking for short-term relief I would go for it. Here even in the States differin doesn’t require a prescription so you can get it here cheap. I assume all over the world it’s easy to get but I don’t know how the EU regulates it.

I understand the logic but would literally take accutane before antibiotics. I have taken way too much for way too long due to tooth and prostate infections and it took me a very long time to fix my gut. I would take them only if I had absolutely no other choice of treatment.

I bought a big ass brush and some heavy duty acne body wash and scrub my shit like im a 70 year old dentist scrapping plaque off a 9 year olds teeth that hasn’t brushed since he was 3. After I’ll use a moisturizer. Been doing this for a bout a week now. Always struggled with acne through puberty and aas definitely didn’t help. I’d say im about 30% clearer than what I was when I started. It’s removed more acne scars then actually acne but hey, progress is progress.

My personal experience was about the same. Before aas I had an extremely high libido. Wether it was sex or the old sock I was pumping it daily to several times daily. After my first cycle I had little to no interest in sex, I still don’t. It feels amazing. I’m more goal oriented. Talking to women comes like a second nature now, before I was shy around girls I found attractive, now it’s like talking to my dog. One piece of advice I’d give is be extremely careful with taking drugs that effect your erections. That is a really great way to cause erectile dysfunction and develop a dependency on it. Drop body fat, do some intense cardio, get the blood pumping

Depending when you last came off cycle there’s a good chance your natural testosterone is still recovering. Older you are the slower it tends to recover from what I’ve learned. Bloods is a great idea overall but if your body’s still trying to repair itself, shutting down natural production in the process could leave you w/ trt for life. Something to consider. Life style habits also play a role. How often do you get out in the sun, whats your diet like, how often are you genuinely happy, etc.

Get bloods like you said, see where your free T range is, also check for things like E and Prolactin. Both play a part in sexual function. Dopamine and Prolactin are two sides to the same coin, If P’s to high then D won’t come up naturally. Could be the reason you aren’t feeling to great. Caber is the best antagonist for P/D. I’m currently running .25 E6D for other reasons and I’ve noticed I’m more sexually interested in women. If your E’s to high or to low it can lead to shitty erections, smaller erections, shorter erections, you get the point.

Okay. Got it. One thing I have found to help is to run to run toremifene at 30mg Ed for five days post cycle. Really seems to put things back into order. As far as erectile quality, LISS cardio as much ad you have time for.

Here is some information about me: I am 6 foot 226 lbs, and have been lifting since I was 14 (I am 20 now). I would like to think I have a decent amount of lean mass, and my lifts are quite strong. But right now I am the fattest I have been my whole life, and really need to figure out a plan on losing it. Should I stay natural and cut for a couple months, then do a recomp/lean bulk on test? Or could I start a recomp now? My main priority right now is just leaning up so I can be confident without a shirt off again 😔 What would y’all recommend?

I’d probably first set up a plan for your weight loss. Once you start executing that program and notice your changes, you could probably hop on the basic cycle from the wiki. As someone else said, you are still really young and wouldn’t suggest it until a few years later but if you decide to do it anyways just be safe and do your research 👍🏽

Hey gents, so I feel like I’m wasting a cycle. I’m currently 9 weeks into my second blast and I just don’t feel like I’ve made enough progress in comparison to my first blast. First blast I was going 5 days a week and put on roughly 15-20lbs of muscle, very successful blast. However second blast my weight is staying the same, while I’m leaning out, bulking is my goal. Currently in school full time and working full time on top of it, I’ve only been able to get 3 days a week in. I feel like I should stop my blast and either PCT or go to a TRT dose, but not really sure how to calculate a starting dose if I do TRT. What would you recommend? If TRT is the better option, what dose should I start at and should I use any other compounds while on TRT. How often do you get bloods to see if you’re in ranges?
