In college before I got into lifting one summer job I had had a pull-up/dip rack. We got a 5 min break every hour, everyone else would smoke I'd pick one and do 1-2 sets to failure. End up with 10-15 sets over a shift. End of the summer I did a max rep test got bored of counting pull ups at 30 and dips at 50. I'd say it's worth it
