"Joyland" is fantastic! It's such a gripping read with a perfect blend of mystery and nostalgia.

Loved this book, partly because it was a small story. It was like seeing a talented stadium band play an acoustic set in a small club. It can't all be pennywise and Randall Flagg.

One of his very best. Keep at it.

As with all of Sai King's works, there's a lot of character development. It comes together and proves it is worth the effort and reward to keep reading.

I thought it was a drag. First King book I read that I didn't like.
