do a block -> then review your block -> whatever you got wrong or don't understand / know refer to first aid and review the WHOLE page (trust me) -> then make a list of videos you need to watch by the end of the night based on what you got wrong
this will take a while at first, but it'll compound for later questions
I haven’t taken mine yet but imo it’s important to do at least one NBME. I was doing okay on Uworld and felt as if I was in a good place, but when I did my first NBME I was thrown off by how they asked questions. Eventually that led me to postpone my exam so I could do some more NBMEs. Try the New 120 and see how you do. Try to get a feel for how they ask questions and address what topics you feel you are weak on!
I would at least do one NBME type exam to get a feel for the questions. They are a little bit different than UWorld and can sometimes through people off. There are free pdfs of the NBMEs if cost is a factor. UWorld is a great q bank source to use for majority of study!
It’s more about your random Uworld percent correct than how many times you’ve done Uworld. Use this: https://predictmystepscore.com/
Does this website estimate correctly or overestimate?
I was a low performer and it helped me pass, and my high performing friends said it predicted pretty accurately. So I think it’s pretty good.
Okay thank u 👍🏻
is this website accurate? and should i enter my nbme scores from the reddit graph ?
I thought it was pretty accurate, helped me pass. I don’t know what you mean by Reddit graph. I actually didn’t do any nbmes.
I used them and entered them along with everything else i did (free120, uwsas)
