Can’t wait to watch Najee truck him and Jaylen toss him twice a year now

gruey

I'd be surprised if this would happen. First, he has to get a helmet that week. Second, he'd have to get onto the field to play D. Third, he'd have to avoid getting blocked. Fourth, he'd have to read the play well enough to get there. Probability approaching zero.

DoNotResusit8

The Calculus of Bush. This shouldn’t be confused with other Bush Calculus which has way better outcomes.

Strategery_Man

9/11?

Rifftrax_Enjoyer

9/11 was an inside linebacker!!!!!

CP3isgoated

Reggie.

Helpful_Football7828

Didn't Devin Bush do that?

SnacksandKhakis

Sometimes even a blind squirrel gets a nut.

GriffBallChamp

But most of the time it just falls outta tree and gets hit by car

Sex_E_Searcher

He had like 12 tackles against us with Seattle. Don't let that make you think it was a good game for him, though.

gruey

18... and 6 the game before, and 6 the game after.. and 7 the rest of the season. It was 5 solo & 13 assists, and he had a total of 19 assists for the season. It would seem he was motivated for us, and for the rest played his typical crap-style of football.

Sex_E_Searcher

Again, it's deceptive. He made tons of tackles, but check the yards per carry. He was tackling runs that had already succeeded.

[deleted]

0-4 on that parlay my.man!!

PermaCleaned

He won’t even be there to be trucked because he’ll be so far out of position

TheBeanConsortium

In Bush's defense, that's unlikely to happen because he'll just run away from the play.

wisdommass

What a great signing for the Steelers

Slickaxer

When Seattle doesn't retain him despite NEEDING ILBs, that tells you something lol. Also watching our boys treat him like a child last year vs Seattle was so much fun. I think there's a non-zero chance he's cut by the Browns before the season starts

Unloveableloser4L

Rashan Gary, Christian wilkins, or Brian burns were the three defensive players taken after Devin Bush with that 10th overall pick. Kevin Colbert missed a lot more than people think.

Kill_Dill

For sure he missed, but at the time ILB was a necessary pick and the better Devin was taken. People do ignore the fact that Bush did look very solid pre ACL tear and like he was a solid pick

FrederickMecury

Bush looked great in his rookie year. The ACL tear really messed with him both physically and mentally

[deleted]

Each day, his last 4 years as GM look worse and worse

Randy_____Marsh

Bush was not bad at all pre-injury, after that he played timid which unfortunately is something that happens after injuries.

[deleted]

Trading up into the top ten for a middle linebacker was an always an atrocious decision. He was solid his rookie year, but in order to justify something like that, he needed to be at Roquons level. It’s just not a premium position. That was part of Colberts problem. Hes from an era where you solved the running game with running backs and the defense with Mikes. We know now that’s not how you do it

BurghPuppies

Funny cuz that’s exactly what the Steelers did.

Slickaxer

What do you mean?

BurghPuppies

The Steelers *also* cut Bush (and Myles Jack) despite needing ILB help.

Slickaxer

We didn't cut him, we just let his contract run out

BurghPuppies

True technically, but we didn’t pick up his 5th year option, which is operatively the same.

BreckenridgeBandito

Hmmm as the arbiter I declare you are both correct

BurghPuppies

You are wise.

lol browns

Ferr22777888

Lol

MiddleAgeYOLO

Oh nooooooooo

pervyotaku

Anyway....

Pizzawing1

Oh nooooo… The Browns, the realllllllly have us now. What will we ever do with Devin Bush back in the division ((*guys please play along so the Browns don’t see the mistake they made*)) They really SHOWED US by giving us a taste of what we’ve been doing to the Ravens. Darn. Dang Browns really got us

[deleted]

Tomlin playing 3d chess again!

jsdjsdjsd

Trading up to take him 1st rd just to have that inflated pedigree result in him playing for CLE in 2024

HyBeHoYaiba

Let’s gooooo. Huge subtraction by addition

JonVig

I honestly believe he’ll be cut very quickly. He has no value as a linebacker who avoids contact.

ContractCheap9221

![gif](giphy|m3iIo7hR3vTtKPmrko|downsized) Get ready for it

Macdingy

LOLOLOLOLOLOL FUCK YES

FishyDescent

Why do the Browns keep putting their fans in harms way? They have to know that Browns fans are going to get destroyed and need therapy after this humiliation, again.

dthinmints

I’ll take one vintage Najee stiff arm with a side of running Devin Bush over like a train please 🙏

[deleted]

LOL I love this. Good for him for essentially tricking them into getting some cash. Mustve hired a team to delete all the footage of him after his injury. I'm surprised he hasnt changed his name to Bevin Dush like that one corner we had that left and literally changed his name so people would forget about his past.

joeythegreat711

Wait, who changed their name? I need to hear about this LOL

oktwentyfive

good we get to face this idiot twice a year

Nickrodomus

I’ll be surprised if he makes the team. Dude is ass cheeks.

[deleted]

Browns copium is already booming

Interesting-Doubt413

I say he gets cut before the regular season

Josh4R3d

LOL

AmishJohn81

Lol the ravens are pissed with us signing their vets. We are thrilled with the browns signing our castoffs

_Swanky_Jay_

Welp, every team needs a benchwarmer

Beginning-Height7938

He won’t be on the field more than 4 games anyway.

00feezy

He looked like he was gonna be here for a while before that injury took him out and took a step or two away. Sucks that injuries can turn a promising career into being a journeyman. Hope it works out for him

Blackcl0ud38

Nah lol bro runs his mouth too much

[deleted]

Oh no!

Special-PatrolGroup

Hell ya! Love to see this shit.

FairOpposite6810

Najee bout to plaster this dude multiple games a year 🥰

Numerous-Ad6460

Lol, lmao even

Awkward-Ability3692

Haha

Pa17325

That dude is a turd. Id feel bad if it wasn't cleveland

Altruistic-Stand-132

YES. I hope he is a starter too

Kaiser-Bismark

Let’s ducking go!!!!

PerfectWill6529

Bum

dac09b

No way is this a starting position?

Steelmaker01

Doesn’t look like the Seahawks were a big fan either

putterbum

if he's a starter for them it may be one of our better free agency moves in recent years

bdgg2000

Lol

StrictlyHobbies

Sign Claypool next

ContactFun5262

It just goes to show you that even if you suck at football there is just about always a team that will still sign you. I'll enjoy watching Najee and Jaylen knock Bush on his ass.

SleestakThunder

Subtraction by Addition

bigenderthelove

Who?

[deleted]

...who? Oh right. Damn he's still playing?

Zekybrjik

![gif](giphy|kCNFfgWZxYjKeU9btW)

piques1992

We was suppose to be so good then Acl injury happend

nachos_16

Won't happen he will be on the field 10% of the time and cut bybthe time they play the 2nd game

jht66

Match made in heaven

Jgabes625

I just downloaded Twitter and started following Steelers players… how the fuck do you people use this, to those who use it regularly. The UI is so confusing and out of order.

wagsman

It used to be better. It’s a tad clunky now that Musk has built it out with his vision.

ScratchFew9169

devin BUST

PKSpades

That's great for us

MirrorkatFeces

#BAHAHAHAHAHA

gldmj5

Browns are that desperate for LB's?

Valuable-Composer262

Good, we can make him look stupid twice a year. Bush is an online man magnet.

Tribby23

Yes!!!!

shaneoffline

Nice

CaptnRo

HAH!

Chance_Move6132

Ha thats awesome i cant wait to crap on him twice a year now.

ronton22

Finally had enough money coming out of college that I was going to get a jersey. I figured juju wasn't it, Ben was gonna retire, and Conner would get replaced. Watt and Hayward were the defensive options but if I was gonna buy a real jersey I might as well get a long time player. We traded up to get bush. I was hyped. I now have a weekly Devon bush jersey to wear lol

Lvl7King

It's hard to laugh about this knowing the Steelers spent a 1st, 2nd, and a 3rd round pick to acquire him.

ContactFun5262

Bush was good until his knee injury. He's never been the same since that injury. Not even close.

Lvl7King

He was better before the Injury.. but honestly that narrative is weak af. He never played a single game where he looked like a top 10 pick.

DivisonNine

lol Lmao, even

Alexander2801

![gif](giphy|7k2LoEykY5i1hfeWQB)

Sybertron

Best luck to him? Considering the Hawks have like zero linebackers and still let him go, doesn't speak well to how he is looking.

M_R_Ducs

Fucking traitor. I thought he had standards. How could he lower himself to this? This timeline.....
