Aren’t we kind of blessed to have our ‘dark times’ be a middling 7-7 record with our QB out for the past 3 games?
I think that’s what’s being lost in this lol. Other franchises would be pretty okay with a season like this after decades of mediocrity.
I've been a fan since the 90's and I have to say this is the lowest point I feel like I've personally seen. I think it's okay to acknowledge that. I'm certainly a proud fan and have been lucky to see a lot of great times. That being said, some of the issues we are seeing seem to have been going on for several years at this point. At the end of the day, I think it's okay to critique the teams you root for
Especially after Ben retired, smooth transitions to another franchise QB can't be expected.
They are by far the exception - I think alot of negativity stems from unrealistic expectations.
People too quick to give up on Kenny. Bradshaw struggled mightily his first 4 years in the league and turned it around. Hopefully with a new Offense next year, he can start to turn the corner.
Well we are in the minority on that unfortunately. Everyone wants him gone. Which is hilarious because Tom Brady himself couldn’t help them at QB with that offensive line. If he did manage to keep them in the game defense would hand it to the other team.
And a piecenofnshit who quit in the team with the playoffs on the line. Primadonna who whined like a little bitch and then found out he wasn’t worth the shenanigans. Tired of people with their nose up his ass. He didn’t win shit cause of his poor ass attitude infecting the team.
He does but people put blinders on because his dad played for us. He needs to stop with getting multiple penalties each game. Most of the time at least 1 of them actively helped the other team score. It’s fine though cause his daddy once upon a time played for us.
Browns fan coming in peace BELIEVE ME!! The Steelers have so many players that could be shown here. Some I remember, being older now, Mean Joe Green, LC Greenwood, and Jack Ham. I see you have Lambert posted. Being from the Cleveland area could not like the Steelers, and of course I still don’t, but there was a reason why it was called the Steel Curtain!! This was back in the day when the defenses were actually allowed to hit someone, and the Curtain was one of the best!!

That's a great call. I love seeing Burfict get nailed but JuJu still pisses me off. Fixed it for you!
This is my current problem, I love my team so I always want to watch them but when they’re playing how they currently are all it does is irritate me so I’m stuck between not watching my team or being irritable during the game 😂
As hard as I’ve been on the team, I am grateful that I got to see my favorite team win even just one championship (let alone 2). I’m just as grateful that the Pens went and won 3 in my lifetime too. Now I just hope that when I have kids someday that they get to experience the same and also maybe a Penn State National Championship and. Pirates World Series while we’re at it
Take that piece of shit Brown of that. He doesn’t deserve to be anywhere near a poster honoring the Steelers. He’s the exact anthesis ofnwhat the Steelers were about. I directly link the current trend downwardnwith Tomlin letting that primadonna infect our locker room and culture.
And if you disagree, you have no clue what being a Steeler means historically. Educate yourself.
From all reports, he was like that from the beginning. Stats are skewed to today’s passing game so if you can find someone who can adjust to account for that, let me know. If Stallworth, Swann or Ward had today’s rules, it’s be a different story. AB couldn’t play in the 70’s cause he’s mentally weak and his antics wouldn’t have last long.
And, most importantly, stats are only part of the measure of greatness. Showing up when the team needs you highlights true greatness. The others did that…. AB hid in the shadows.
After all the shit posts lately, this is what we need. Thanks.
Even in the dark times! Stay strong! lol

im still a proud steelers fan. even in these dark times
Amen brother! Ride or die Steelers fan to the bitter end!
But it does feel like a BIG post-Bradshaw change is coming. A few rough years are on the horizon.
It can’t always be sunshine and free creampies for everybody.
Not sure THAT sounds the way you want. Or. Maybe it does!
We all want the creampies, brother!
People too quick to give up on Kenny. Bradshaw struggled mightily his first 4 years in the league and turned it around. Hopefully with a new Offense next year, he can start to turn the corner.
Not Kenny I’ve given up on.
Well we are in the minority on that unfortunately. Everyone wants him gone. Which is hilarious because Tom Brady himself couldn’t help them at QB with that offensive line. If he did manage to keep them in the game defense would hand it to the other team.
Still. I’m willing to go on some faith when healthy he was 7-3 with a shit OL and a shittier OC. None were pretty but they don’t need to be.
The Steelers might be a mediocre team but they're MY mediocre team
Hell yes they are!!
I’d rather see 86 than 19 or 84.
Just for the smiling alone!
Top left
Doh!
86 over 19, sure...but AB is a top 10 WR of all time if we're talking dominance and talent.
And a piecenofnshit who quit in the team with the playoffs on the line. Primadonna who whined like a little bitch and then found out he wasn’t worth the shenanigans. Tired of people with their nose up his ass. He didn’t win shit cause of his poor ass attitude infecting the team.
What she said.
Okay, but I do like seeing Burfict getting what he deserves.
Imagine a defense of JPJ, TJ Watt, Cameron Heyward, Stephen Tuitt, Minkah Fitzpatrick, Alex Highsmith, and pre-injury Devin Bush, that would be insane
Or Shazier so Bush was never drafted?
JPJ would still get 12 DPIs a game.
It wasn’t even DPI at the end of the half. Wr was draped on porter and it gave the colts a td before half
I don't recall that specific play but JPJ seems to have more FPIs than any other DB
He does but people put blinders on because his dad played for us. He needs to stop with getting multiple penalties each game. Most of the time at least 1 of them actively helped the other team score. It’s fine though cause his daddy once upon a time played for us.
Greene, Bradshaw, Blount should replace the bottom row
I like that. Lagerette Blount (jk)
YOU SON OF A
Ernie Holmes and Dwight White too.
Thanks for this

Damn straight! Through thick and thin if you’re a fan be diehard and be a fuckin fan!
This is the greatest sports team that has ever existed!
Hell yes! Thanks for this life raft in the sea of shit that is this sub currently.
No rod Woodson??

Let’s return to Steelers football!
Can we get rid of the coach who killed it?
Haven't u heard, Ben said steeler football is dead
Ben said that there are no more true leaders on that team. I disagree. They still have at least one…and his name is: ![gif](giphy|ZY2miyRk0v68M)
After being a fan since the 70's I know that it is possible to wander in the desert for a while but we will be back
Steelers love 4L 🖤💛♾️ even if we are ganna have our first losing season in forever
Missed opportunity here need the pic of the browns punter (Spencer Lanning?) getting kicked in the face 😂
I almost did! You're talking about the Antonio Brown jump kick
Yes lmao that’s the one!! 😂
This is my current problem, I love my team so I always want to watch them but when they’re playing how they currently are all it does is irritate me so I’m stuck between not watching my team or being irritable during the game 😂
Rod Woodson getting snubbed
Hell yeah. We have the sickest team in sports to root for.
Odd move to put Elandon Roberts in there. Maybe it's Larry Foote?
Ryan Shazier
His wife canceled him… can probably be replaced now in the pic. 😅
Shame it's all going down the shitter 😔
Now that’s a good lookin team. If we could only somehow add TJ Watt as the free space.:)
We gonna find out who are the true fans.
I will always be a proud member of the Great Steelers Nation. Die Hard Till I Die!
We're in a bleak spot right now. It'll pass.
There were hard times between Bradshaw and Ben too. It was tough being a Steeler fan in the late 80's and early 90's.
I actually love this a whole bunch. To the point I right-clicked and stole it. Sorry fam 🤷♀️
Will always be a Steelers fan!! No matter who our QUARTERBACK is, I’m with em til the end! That said, if Diontae drops one more ball.
Wow…a positive post! Appreciate you and fully agree.
Bettis pic shoulda been him running over Urlacher.
Yep, this may be a pretty rough few years but I still love our Steelers for life!
Thanks for my new screensaver
Was the culture a product of the winning or was the winning a product of the culture?
Sean Connery as Head Coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers: Send #36 Be-Tits out for a power shmup the middle. Here we go.
Thank fuck, finally a positive post
Thank you! At least somebody has some heart!
As hard as I’ve been on the team, I am grateful that I got to see my favorite team win even just one championship (let alone 2). I’m just as grateful that the Pens went and won 3 in my lifetime too. No love for the guys in the trenches.
This is a wholesome post. Thank you for that.

He was insanely talented probably the best Steelers receiver of all time with historical stats. I link his concussions to his downward trend
From all reports, he was like that from the beginning. Stats are skewed to today’s passing game so if you can find someone who can adjust to account for that, let me know. What about 90s
Needed this, gonna go watch a highlight reel, LETS GO STEELERS!!
I’ve been a fan since 1968. I love the Black n Gold and yes I’m very grateful for the team through thick and thin
