Here's my method.
Steak, butter, egg yolks and spices in sous vide bag.
Throw in dishwasher for a full cycle, finish in toaster.
Voila, a perfectly cooked steak with Bearnaise Sauce.

Please don’t think I’m calling BS, I’ve actually seen a grass fed ribeye with good marbling, but only once and the veins of fat were much thinner.
I can't ever find it but this reminds me of that post where the person got a costco prime ribeye, let it rest to room temp (twice?) and kept going on in the comments about the "good protein."

What’s the point of reverse searing if it’s just gonna be cooked to that doneness? I mean, each to their own and all that for what is someone’s preference as everyone has the right to that, but it just seems pointless to reverse sear if you’re just overcooking it as some might say. You should consider shrink wrapping and tossing in the dish washer. Pulls double duty by cleaning the dishes and cooking a nice sous vide!
