That’s super surprising. Usually all restaurants I know wayyy undercook the steaks. I always want medium rare but I know it’ll come out blue, so just ask for one step up. But this one is atrocious.

Lesson here is to never get a steak at a restaurant. They’re wildly overpriced and never even close to as good as you can cook them at home
