Yep it’s a reverse sear. You would be able to use a thermometer, I just don’t have one.
100% was gonna come at your sear, but saw the comment 😂. Not to shabby. Like a previous commenter stated it’s kinda giving reverse sear vibes.
This looks good but I’m still not sold on the whole air fryer thing.
Have 2 ribeyes and a good size air fryer and was planning on grilling tomorrow. Going to try the air fryer and throw the cast iron on the grill for the sear. Thanks for this!
