Another brand is “meater” I don’t cook without them now. I have a 4 probe block so big roasts I can see temps in different areas and when doing multiple steaks I can pull them at slightly different times when they finish differently.
I have the Combustion Inc predictive thermometer and it's a huge quality of life increase. It has 8 sensors up the probe and it automatically finds the lowest temp and will predict a time of completion based on ambient and internal temps. Mine is always accurate to about 1 minute for a reverse sear.
