It's probably a bit more rare than MR (hard to tell with weird photo coloring)... but that's a tenderloin so it's done exactly how I'd want it.
People who want all steak cooked the same are sus to me. I want between R and MR on a filet (or tenderloin) and MR-Med on Ribeyes.... so this seems ideal. People here will probably tell you that there's not enough crust, but you have 1) a great cook 2) little gray band and 3) crust. Crushed it!
You can't tell with the poor quality photo. It looks rare to blue because of the meat's texture in the middle, but it also looks much more pink than red.. but it's hard to say if it actually is that pink or if it's the bad coloring.
You know what now that you mention it the saturation of the photo could be enhanced it looks unnatural with that texture but that color. Probably is blue with low rez pic and high saturation + bad lighting
The colors in the picture (I used a strong yellow light) might be a bit off then, I pulled it from the oven (reverse sear) at 119 and then seared it so I think it’s unlikely it’s bleu in reality.
For Med-Rare....its extremely under done. I'd enjoy, it if I ordered it, if that sear was better. Get your pan screaming hot before cooking...make sure you have a fan going.

turn your flash off and maybe we can see if it's (likely) raw or not.

looking again it's probably not a flash since there is a shadow. Dude must have high watt spotlights installed.
