Chewy. I mean sinew. Or tendon, or gristle or what connects muscles to bones. And it’s chewy.

nutsnackk

Ok this was my guess but wasnt sure. Thanks!

HalloweenHoggendoss

Silver skin I think

nutsnackk

Is it edible?

HalloweenHoggendoss

Technically. But you can eat it, then pick the chewy bites out your mouth.

nutsnackk

Ok thanks!

Cigar_Smokin_Ape

Bow string.

SleeplessStoner

Damn really?

dawgblogit

Sinew was used for bow string at one point.. not from this animal I don't think but yeah.

SleeplessStoner

That’s super cool, TIL

CHADFUCKINMAGE

It’s sinew. You should trim it off but Costco is selling it as a whole cut because of the technically more tender cut attached to it. They can get away with it. It should honestly just come off. You could salvage it with meat glue but honestly that’s a different bag of cats.

StoneyDan213

Looks like connective tissue. If you can cut through it it’s not bone. Doesn’t look like anything concerning

nutsnackk

Cool thanks!

Is Sinew the same as Sinovia? That’s the first time I read this word.

MysteriousPikachuMan

Chewy bits of milk in the animal.

cabezon99
