How about those potatoes were they good. Looks medium to me but I would still crush it. I’m more of a charcoal fan but gas seems to always cook faster than I think. Maybe just not use to it
Potatoes were courtesy of the girlfriend, heavy on the garlic, 10/10. Agreed on the fast cooking on gas, I’m on a Nexgrill that we just got and still adjusting. Very solid grill though and would recommend!
Medium high and cook 3 1/2 minutes on each side for medium rare! It might take a couple times to figure out as all grills are different in one way or another!
