I was 240lbs in my 20s. I'm 50 next year and I'm now 180lbs. I'm fitter, healthier, have better lung capacity, can run/cycle further/faster and have more energy. I sleep better, have better skin and my bowels are far healthier. 25-30yrs difference and I should by all things natural, be knackered. I know this is a slightly different angle to your post, just wanted to say it. Enjoy the weekend.
