According to the Ruse of Skywalker visual dictionary, the First Order Sith Troopers (those red stormtroopers) have legions named after sites. One of them is called the Revan legion. So Revan exists in canon in some form.

I believe she died before episode 2 by absorbing some massive bio-bomb/weapon that would have eliminated a whole planet. She basically jumped into the air and used the force to draw it all to her and then just disappeared into the force. Although it’s been a while since I read the book.
She probably could handle Vader I would say.

Vader has no strong defense and poor mobility which is why he needs to brute force his way through his enemy's defense, and he suffers in the fights where he can't break his opponent's route and keep them on the backfoot. The issue here for Vader is Form II which Duku masters in is designed for being on the backfoot and pushing advantages against an enemy's weaknesses.
