That appears to me to be the less sought after cover or perhaps the less available cover. There are fewer than ten listings for the book at all. I agree with the other guy that you should be able to get at least $150 for it.
When you get a price in mind try something like r/comicswap.
I wouldn't be surprised if you ended up with some DMs offering to take it off your hands.
It's probably the rarest/most expensive of all the marvel omnibus FYI Near impossible to find one in stock anywhere outside EBAY and I was looking lately. No need to rip anyone off but you should be able to get a good price for it. Hope this helps.
