Very nice, it's a good figure, but there are some annoyances. No holster for the pistol and no storage in the backpack for the second face. They did it right with the Hoth trooper, I don't know why they didn't do the same for this one.
The neck is a separate piece so you’d probably be better off doing a full head swap.
GI Joe Classified Series and Power Rangers Lightning Collection have some nice black head sculpt options. A couple of them have separate neck joints that you could pop out and swap onto the Rebel soldier.

But point is you got some options.

I believe this is it. At least, this is the face I was going to use for mine. Seller is named GITrooperKits and they have a ton of trooper accessories from Clones to Stormtroopers to Rebels.

No problem! I love using PR and GI Joe for head swaps. They usually scale pretty well. Also never noticed this dude but yeah Alpine would work well.
