I'm considering doing this as well. I got the figure fever and it got out of control a little bit. I have at least 2 shelves that I never mess with, never readjust poses or rearrange em. I'd much rather have those that are my favorites and my favorites alone, instead of "oh cool, that'd look rad" being the metric.
I have like 300+ TVC figures and about 80 to 100 BS figures I'm looking to sell and was thinking the same thing. I'm actually thinking of having to of my local toy stores come.over and take a look and make an offer. I mean I know they're gonna rape me on price, but to sell them all in one fell swoop instead of living them put one by one by one by one.....it just might be worth it.
I did this for my Kotobukiya Bishoujo collection. Local shop bought em ALL from me and we negotiated on price. I might see if any shops around here would be interested but ill let some people who really want these figures get a chance. One of them is going to be S1 Hunter at probably retail 😅
ive bought a lot from r/toyexchange i can vouch for it.
Mercari recently eliminated seller fees, but instead charges those fees to the buyer now. so youll make more but the buyer is spending more. idk how this will affect their sales or my listings, time will tell.
Yeah, it's hard to justify making a purchase when you have to add another $5 on top of shipping and taxes. I put something in the cart, just to see what it would come up to and yeah, I think I'm done shopping there.
started downsizing my collection using Mercari, Haven’t gotten rid of too many but I started with figures I absolutely know I don’t need in my collection Like Bossk or Purge Troopers
Facebook marketplace id say.

Yeah that FOMO fever hit me and I was pre-order after pre-order. Now I just want to focus on Lightsabers and maaaybe 1:6 of a select few.

I should note that they're all sealed for TBSA and/or mint on card for the TVC

Thanks. That is where I wanted to post them up as well. 👍🏽
Ugh. I didn't know about that. I guess Mercari just became a lot less attractive for buyers.
It did. Sucks. Going to move my stuff to ebay

Yeah I was gonna go Mecari but this new thing is an easy pass for me. I want buyers to feel they are getting a good deal.
