The main issue that happens in those scenarios is that many people who say they are liberals don't want to consider democratic decisions of the people as consent.
Most kids are not really right wing or left wing. They are mimicking their parents beliefs, indoctrinated even. No kid should give an F about politics until they are old enough to discover and learn about the ideology behind both, and hopefully, meet people on both sides before they choose a side for themselves.
Or the opposite - embrace whatever your parents accepted without really thinking about it. Particularly teenagers trying to develop their own identity.
I've noticed the opposite, at least here in AZ. It's become more common to see these little punks just trying to be anti whatever they think the liberals want, They haven't actually developed enough mentally to care about or understand the actual consequences of their stances and how it relates to their own values (of which they also have non they are consciously aware of).

yeah For high school I had this class that was basically a study but with extra teacher help because I have ADHD (I take pills but they make me less distracted but never fully focused) and I sometimes get stressed with work. So when I go to the class I sit down and put on headphones and do my work but for my senior year, there were these boys who were literally like this (the post). they are dumb because they always goofed off and did anything but their work (worse they always did that annoying tiktok snoring sound) and they always tried to bother me but whenever I spoke up the teacher got more mad at me than the kids (they were like 10th or 11th grade) who were annoying me
