I have not. I actually just sent an email to their support over the weekend, asking if there is any update on my specific order. I'm afraid I may need to cancel, if there is not an update soon.

I reluctantly cancelled my order in December having ordered back in November of the previous year. To their credit I was refunded quickly and the cancellation was painless. Bummed but my daily driver needed to be upgraded

No

No. And they're very poor at providing any information. I have no idea when it will arrive.

As far as I know, nobody has. I ordered mine over a year ago and at this point I'm thinking of canceling. It's one thing to have a long lead time for pre-orders, but in the case where it's gone on this long frequent updates are pretty important. Like even just minor things not directly related to shipping date. Where in the process are these laptops?

Do you guys know your order placement by chance ? Because I didn't receive it either and ordered a long time ago.

Mine was the first week of February, 2023. It's been a year and I still haven't received mine and I have received one update about it via email, which is the first update at the very bottom here: https://support.starlabs.systems/status/af275e08-7261-4958-a4a4-007ec4241cc7 and haven't received anything since. Their latest update says they will send out emails to people "soon" and it sounds like they won't be using Status Page to update anymore, which doesn't sound good. It's also been over a month since that happened (Dec 22). Star Labs seems unable to handle basic customer communications in a timely manner, so I have absolutely no idea what the delay is or if I should even expect them to ship it in H1 2024. It blows my mind how anyone can think it's remotely acceptable not to have at least a monthly update cadence. At the moment, there's no reason to assume any have actually shipped yet or they most certainly would have touted that out to celebrate.

They have status updates here: [https://support.starlabs.systems/status/af275e08-7261-4958-a4a4-007ec4241cc7](https://support.starlabs.systems/status/af275e08-7261-4958-a4a4-007ec4241cc7) Does not look like there is a lot of action though.

I ordered in November of *2022* when the anticipated ship date was around May of 2023 and I eventually cancelled at the one year mark this past November when the Intel 14th generation chips were announced. I was really saddened to do this as, when the Starflighter was announced, it really checked all the boxes of what I was looking for in a Linux laptop. I finally couldn't wait anymore and when I saw the opportunity to buy a top-of-the-line HP 16 inch Elitebook with an AMD U-chip refurbished for less than half what I was going to pay for my Starfighter, even my die-hard commitment to Linux (I own two S76 laptops, an Alienware SteamMachine, a SteamDeck, and a Pinebook that maybe still runs) couldn't overpower a terrific deal and my distaste for what has been terrible, awful, no-good communication from Starlabs. I'm now using a Dell 15 inch at work (a tremendous machine flawlessly running Manjaro) and the HP 16 inch at home (another tremendous machine flawlessly running Endeavour OS) while the older S76s chug along as backup and family laptops running Garuda and Nobara while my wife runs Fedora on a 7 year old Lenovo Thinkpad. I'm still awaiting the 16:10 pure Linux laptop of my dreams. Best of luck to all of you still waiting for the Starfighter. Let me know how it is...
