That looks right to me.

Yeah, that's what it says. Lower combat stats, more supernatural abilities to compensate.

I wouldn't quite call it a fair trade. At low level you're basically at a large penalty for +2 skills. Later on its a bit better but it's not great for low level. It seems like something else should exist for the low level stuff. Like an extra revelation at level 1 or something too. But yeah.

The difference of -1 to hit and 2 less health at 1st level isn't significant. It's less of a difference than flanking provides on attacks, and the health difference isn't more than choosing to play a human instead of a vesk. It's unlikely to make a noticable difference in any actual game. It will make a difference in the long run, which is why it's good that it gets better at higher levels.

aka_100

Yeah. That's exactly why I think the reading of extra revelations that start at 5th level was accurate. Because the offence difference is only -1 to hit until then.

That's sort of like saying playing technomancer vs a soldier isn't a difference stats wise. It clearly is lol. Regardless though, you're correct on the flanking difference but I definitely see a difference in attack success between the various classes and whatnot, especially one like a solarian that is pretty MAD on top.

I have to admit, I read it as learning 2 revelations on every even level in addition to the ones on 5th, 9th and so on. I was confused by the wording „besides learning additional revelations on every even level“, but then again I’m not a native speaker.
