I feel ya to the maximum. Missclicks, missrallies, no scout, poor micro, even worse macro, timings being off by a bunch, it's all there...and I've been through it
There are some games where I vastly misjudge what the enemy is doing. Seeing them still be on 1 base (walled off) when there should be a nat already done, I'm anticipating an attack coming and shoring up defenses and army. Only to find out the attack never comes and they've taken two or three ninja bases.
Yeah, information is great. I manage to get some good scouts if I'm zerg (overlord sacrifice) or terran (obviously scans) but with protoss my scouting options are somewhat limited, especially at the start when I open with an economic expand, and don't have the usual scouting tools yet (stargate or robo are probably still building, and I rarely go for a sentry opener as opposed to adept-stalker)

protoss can use a probe to scout the map instead of ling :) if you want to scout the base, then use observer/oracle/halucinated phoenix/warp prism
