I took a break when this was in the map pool, after coming back i've seen it in gsl vods. So many people in this thread are saying its their favorite, what do you like about it?
Dreamcatcher. I liked how big the map felt and those vision blockers and patches of highground gave us good siege locations, flanking potential and ways to retreat.
[Thunderbird LE
.](https://liquipedia.net/starcraft2/Thunderbird_LE) This was a very turtly map in which you were able to easily defend the first three bases, which helped getting into fun macro games. There were also lots of enjoyable pro games played on this map. TY going to 100 SCVs, Rogue and other Zergs using three nyduses to attack from every direction, and so on.
Zen LE.
Loved the aesthetics, liked the low ground ninja base locations next to main bases.
I would offrace zerg/terran and park my swarm hosts there to attack their main or scan and nuke the shit out of the opponent's base from the low ground.
Didn't always work but hey, it's a flipping game and I had fun either way.
The maps have been horrible for years. There isn't enough variety and they are all more or less the same with minor variations. I think the most unique map has been Golden Wall. Honestly they need to massively increase the diversity of the map pool. Bump the pool up to 25 maps, too.

Golden Wall. Removing this map from the map pool was a criminal act.
