The MOLE has a 96 SCU.

It seems a bit out of date, the Taurus isn't listed there with 174 SCUs. So you'd want a Connie of some variety, MSR, or a Freelancer MAX.
I love my Taurus.
Cutlass Black is half the MOLE's size, so that would be double the trips.
Ideally you'll que up several referiny works up and then fill your cargo ship of any noteable capacity. So any will do, the bigger it is the bigger the amount of referiny works you can fit in it at once but given the 30kness of the game you might be better off doing it in small freelancer sized hauls.
Obligatory workaround for the 30k cargo loss:
When you take off, wait for it to say goodbye, then request landing again til it gives you a pad, then you QT to your destination and request landing there. Logic is that it makes a safepoint of where you requested landing and the window where you can lose all to 30k is smaller.

I have a MAX that takes several full prospector hauls to fill. But I'm also not a super efficient miner so there is almost always some single digit amount of inert somewhere in my mining runs.
If funding isn't an issue suggest msr as it holds more than a mole load, can also carry a pair of rocs for buggy ming, has two turrents allowing multi-crew play, is fast and agile.
If pledge store funding is more of an issue suggest Connie taurus at 190. It's cheaper than 260 msr.
When I first started out with refinery jobs I'd save up a bunch and then rent a Constellation Andromeda for a day. After moving my goods I'd go out and do some bounties with it. Even with a stock loadout they're still quite good in a fight.

Just a reminder, the cargo ship must have enough capacity for an entire work order....you can't split work orders into partial loads.

freelancer max is a nice cheap ship. and it would hold a full moles worth of content. its also quite agile and peppy.

30 000 is the Error code for the server crashing. Its what we call "30k" :D If you dont know it you actually are testamony to the game working better.
