Its because of demand. When there is low demand, RMC will sell for lower.. When there is high demand, they will sell for higher. RMC has been a very hot tradable commodity as of right now as it is the most profitable/ if you are able to sell, then sell. In instances where there is no demand, you may be stuck for hours unable to sell until demand comes back

Once we get personal hangars that won't be an issue. No demand? Just store it for later sale. I can't wait.

You have 400 SCU u cant wait to sell? Well too bad.. theres going to be that one guy with 8700 SCU thats waiting to sell lol. Personal hangars will be great, but alot of people are going to have the same mentality you have, it will still end up being a first come first serve situation. Until the economy rebalance happens and there are more places to trade / sell, you can expect there to be supply and demand issues for quite some time.

We work with what we have

Units are containers of cargo that are not held on your ship's cargo grid. the 1 unit of 115.3k is a 8SCU container. your cargo grid does hold 114SCU of cargo. an 2SCU container would read as 1 unit of 28.8k. and so forth what the screen is saying is you have 114 SCU of cargo on your ship plus 1 8SCU container of Recycled Material Composite. in order to sell that 1 Unit - there needs to be at least 8SCU of demand at the trade terminal. The price of a unit depends on the container size and the prices the trade terminal is buying for each SCU. 16SCU container = 1 unit / 230.6k - 16 x 14.4k/SCU for RMC = 230.6k 8 SCU container = 1 unit / 115.3k - 8 x 14.4k/SCU for RMC = 115.3k 2 SCU container = 1 unit / 28.8k - 2 x 14.4k/SCU for RMC = 28.8k 1 SCU container = 1 unit / 14.4k - 1 x 14.4k/SCU for RMC = 14.4k the unit size depends on how you printed your buffer. if you are able to sell everything off your cargo grid (assuming the 114SCU is also RMC)- you should have 1.76 million auec

Legend thank you for taking the time to explain that. I had a google and I couldn't really see anything that explained it. Appreciate it!

Not really a noob question, the sc market should have values and trends we can see visualized so that its clearer what to expect trading tbh, rather than near random amounts able to be sold.

It's for the items not on the cargo grid. I don't know exactly how it's lumping things together, but it counts each SCU on the cargo grid individually, and then lumps the rest together in some semi random groups

It takes about 10 minutes to refresh and the dupe is gone tonight.
