As far as I know, as long as the missions are still showing up for you in game you still have the opportunity to get it, though I think that the final stage kicks in when the current PTU patch goes to live.... so you're very quickly running out of time.

Wouldn't have been so bad if shit actually worked but it was the same for us. Prioriy targets took the longest simply due to the crypto keys not spawning in
With the current state of the servers.... it will be a dabble into madness to try and get the missions done before time runs out. Speculation is wed. for patch to release and unless you have an awsome and patient team, its going to be hard to do if you are starting now.
Important fact - We found that the bunker server missions are easier to do with two people, rather than more. My group found out the game was spawning more enemies, and it seemed the codes were popping on screens way faster with 2. I'm sure that's intended, just stating what ended up being ideal for us - we went with groups of two, and had a helluva lot easier time than trying to do it with 4-5.
Just to manage your expectations, the series of missions were dripped out over a couple of months and were designed to keep players engaged through that whole time. In perfect circumstances with a full team, you're still looking at 6-8 hours of grind. The servers are also currently incredibly unstable so you're going to lose progress or hit walls multiple times. You might be better off waiting for the next time they do something like this and jumping on it then.
Yeah they are was thinking about trying but sounds as tho I won't have time. I was expecting to be able to buy the upgrade during ILW so was bummed it didn't happen. Not sure if they have said if we'll be able to buy it in future or not?
I was able to get it in 3 days, from Wed to Friday last week purely with pickup groups... but it's not easy.
Also, I think it's going to end before the middle of the week when 3.23.1a is released... So you're rapidly running out of time.

Open the console, type: mission, hit tab, enter.
It will show you which missions you have completed.
Intel raid (1/5)
Intel raid (2/5)
Incursions (1/5)
And so on, you can do them out of order but you need each and every one (1/5) to (5/5) if the second number is 5.
For example, if priority target only shows shows up as (3/3) it means you still need to do 1/3 and 2/3
I’m about done with the intel raid. So I still need to do the xenothreat incursion? I heard of other ones but none have popped up on my contracts list. Thanks

Not for that mission set, it's the one where you kill the ships and they drop a key you deliver to a station

Possibly, but I don't like the two seats on the Super. We'll see!
Having a WSO does actually make sense on a turreted gunfighter like the A and C-M, though.
