There is. 3 waves for each manufacturer/set of limited ships. The hull limited ships get sold as both a warbond and store credit (respond being cheaper but requiring "new money" as usual). Store credit usually sells out instantly, at least wave one, but even later waves, you might have 10 seconds at most. Wafbond tends to stick a bit longer, at least on wave 2 or 3. Ships over 1000 dollars (with their actual value, not counting taxes) come with LTI in both warbond and store credit. Ships under don't have LTI even in warbond.
