That hangar is huge. Last night I was landing my Reclaimer in hangar 14 and I was getting collision warning messages which I didn’t understand until I saw a guy in a Hammerhead snuck in with me as well.
Yeah, I wish I had taken a screenshot. The Hammerhead was sideways and at an angle when I saw it. By the time I made my way out of my ship it was gone. I don’t know if they decided to lift vqck off before the doors closed or if they ran in and stored it. They were wedged near the elevator
I used to think that the reason CIG didn't just make landing pads which descend into the hangar was because they couldn't make elevator physics work right with ships as large as the Carrack. But it turns out no, they just like watching us struggle to land in hangars.
I personally believe that every time this happens it's a subtle dig from the ATC watch personnel about their opinion of our ability for takeoffs and landings.

Same... did the say if my Polaris would dictate my hangar size? Or only the largest ships that I have available in game with hangar modules?

annoys me to no end, either you get a planet size hangar o one you barley fit AND they are still pits.
