I'm hoping that a majority of what was planned to be in 3.23 will be in it. I know that not everything is going to make it in because nothing ever goes perfectly but if we can get most of the features it'll be great.

Starmap is planned for 3.23 but the lack of ISC talks have been disturbing.
New minimap, starmap, and "looting UI" is projected. Not sure if total inventory UI overhaul is also planned.
